CHAPTER 13

Xiumin POV

I woke up with my mate still in my arms, snuggling closer to me when I moved. I smile at how cute she is. I fix our position a little and play with the end of her hairs, waiting for her to rise up.

After a few minutes, she stirred and her eyes slowly fluttered open. My smile grew wider when her eyes diverted to my face.

"Morning, baby." I kissed her forehead.

"Morning, Minseok." she said with her raspy yet sexy morning voice and smile. She rub her right eye before ask,

"What's time is it now, Minseok?" I chuckle at her cuteness before answering.

"It's 9 in the morning. You can sleep more if you want. I'll wake you up later for brunch." I offer

"Nah, i'm good. I'm always stay in bed since i'm here. Usually I'll be on my bed on evening, when no one's home and at the night. This is a first time for me to stay such long and frequently at the bed. Besides, i'm not quite comfortable with the bed. So, I want to be out today." she shrugged and I can feel my raged is building but it's soften as soon as she touch my arm.

"What's wrong with the bed, baby? Why you're not comfortable with it?" I ask confused, since it feels more than comfortable for me.

"Its not the bed. Its just that I'm not used with different beds other than mine. This bed is so soft." she pat the bed a little.

"What's the differences with your bed, baby? I'm sure its soft too, right?" I ask cautiously. She shrugged again.

"Well, if you can call it bed. My bed is consisted of a small blanket, a thin mattress and a hard, small pillow. And its on the floor. I'm used with the hard things, thats why i'm not comfortable with this bed." she explained and shiver a little, maybe because it reminds her of her old pack.

"It's okay, baby. You'll get used to this kind of bed later and i'm sure you'll love it. But, we need to get up now if we don't want to be late for breakfast, do we." I smile at her and ruffle her hair before get off of the bed. She whine but get up anyways.

"You go and wash up here. I'll wash up in Lay's room. Catch this." I throw a towel at her before walk to my closet to find clothes for her to wear. Then, I heard the door shut closed.

I pick a simple clothes which is a shirt that said 'I'm cool' and a legging pant cause I don't think she'll fit my clothes. I put it on the bed and walk to Lay's room which I found him combing his hair infront a mirror when I step in his room.

"Morning, hyung." He greet.

"Morning, Lay." I greet back and walk into the bathroom.

After done with my showering, I grab my clothes, wear it and headed to my room again. There, I saw she's looking at her appearance infront of the mirror. My lips automatically curl up in a smile.

"You're ready?" I ask and she hummed as a yes.

I grab a hold of her hand and walk downstair with her. I can her a loud voices coming from dining room and she squeezed my hand harder. I smile reassuring at her and she relaxed a bit. When both of us appear at the dining room doorway, the room fell silent untill we reach at our seat.

"Morning, hyung."

"Morning, Jieun."

All of them greeted me while just some of them greeted my mate. I nodded at them and tug my mate to her seat. She smile kindly at me before took her seat. We dig in our foods but my mate stop eating after a having a little bit foods on her plate. I stop eating instantly and give my full attention to her.

"What's wrong, baby?" I ask worried.

"Nothing's wrong, Minseok." she flashed me a sweet smile

"Then, why did you stop eating?" I eyed the foods.

"I'm full." she pushed her plate a little further.

"But you've not even ate half of it." I said confused.

"No, i'm full, really. Just continue eating, Minseok."

"Please eat more, baby. You need energy. I want to show you around today and maybe some run. At least finished half of it so that you still have enough energy untill its time for lunch." I tried to pursued her. Keyword, 'tried'.

"It's okay, Minseok. I'm used to it. I'll still have an enough energy even if I didn't eat the whole day. I can manage, Minseok. Don't worry about me. Just finished your food." she smile assured me that she'll be fine. I frown at her words, confused.

"What do you mean, baby?"

"Huh? Oh, I mean that I still can do a lot of things even wI didn't eaten for the whole day." she smile.

"What? Did that ever happen?" I ask trying to control my anger.

"Almost everyday?" she said but instead it sound more like question.

"Are you serious?" my wolf is on surfaced.

"Yeah. What's wrong, Minseok?" she back away and shaking a little in fear.

"I'm gonna kill that bastards." I growl loudly causes her to flinch.

"Calm down, hyung. You're scared her." Lay said and hug her, murmuring soothing words.

"I think you should take a run, hyung. Calm your wolf down first." Suho said. I know if I didn't go now, I would scared my mate or even worse I would hurt someone. I growl and dashed out of the house to the forest, shifting in a process. I howl, a angry howl and a long run, to calm the shit out of my wolf. By now, Xavier is already take over the body.

'Relax, Xavier. Calm down. We'll kill them when they appeared infront of us but now is not the right time. Our mate is still traumatized and she need us. We need to calm down, YOU need to calm down.' I emphasis the word 'you' to him. Eventually, he calm down after thinking about our mate. He let out a long howl before gave me the control back.

'You okay, Xavier?'

'Yup, let's get back to our mate. I miss her already.' he grin. I smile and ran back to the pack house. I shift at the back of the tree that nearest the house and wear a short that's been keep there. I took a deep breath before walk into the house.
