"Hello?" I answered confused on why Lili is calling
"Mana Jayen just got shot." My heart completely stopped and I dropped the phone not moving
"Twin what's wrong? What happen twin?" My twin picked up the phone and put it to her ear
"Hello who is this? Are you serious? Oh my god, what hospital? Okay we're on our way. Thank you." She hung up the phone "Come on twix we have to go!" She threw me my slides in front of me and threw my jacket on me and put her slides and jacket on I still didn't make one move "Twin come on!" She grabbed the keys and both of our phones and grabbed my jacket with my slides and grabbed my hand leading me downstairs to the car "Come on twin wake up you have to drive!" She slapped me softly and tears came falling down my face
"Okay! Okay!" I got into the car and put my seat belt on she did the same I started the car and was on my way to see Jayen in the hospital

We arrive and see Lili and Auntie Kim sitting there I rush to them "Did y'all hear from him yet?" I asked
They shook their head no "Patterson family?" The doctor called out they stood up and my eyes went on him because I was already up "Well I have all bad news.."

"Mana.." Auntie Kim walked up to me and hugged me I start crying again I just couldn't hold back the tears hearing this, I had a cousin that lost his kidney and he never survived and now what if Jayen doesn't survive
"Twin.." My twin then came and hugged me "It's okay. Come sit down," she walked me to a seat and I sat down
"They said that he's in surgery getting the bullet took out of him but we have to get a kidney donated because he's really not healthy with just one kidney and that could end his life.." Lili said
I wiped my tears off of my face "He can have mine. I'm real healthy," Lili and Auntie Kim looked at each other and then left it was just me and my twin.

Who is these people like this bitch really got a gun pointed to me I gave Jamell a look and he smirked while they was kissing we rushed and slap the gun out of both of their hands then pushed them down and picked up our guns they tried to go for their guns but we stopped them

The boy start screaming for I don't know what reason and then the police sirens was getting closer and closer "Come on baby they're around the corner." I don't know why he was standing there
"Bust now!" Jamell yelled then he shot the gun and I got caught up seeing the lights right there he grabbed my hand and the girl followed us I was so caught up in my own world I didn't know what they were saying.

I swear I hate the police tried to arrest me when they didn't find anything with their stupid asses I tried calling Jayen but his phone is going straight to voicemail so I was just driving around finna' call Sparkle because I'm bored as fuck I picked my phone up and then I saw a unsaved number calling I answer

"Yeah.. Mana isn't we're at the hospital Mana's boyfriend got shot."

"Jayen, Mana's boyfriend."

"Baby," I cried holding his hand he was still kind of asleep I kissed his hand and he smiled lord that damn smile. He had just got out of surgery they have something that covers up his kidney until we have another kidney to replace

I laughed at his silliness "Take it easy babe,"

I leaned in and kissed his lips softly then kissed him again soft he smiled again I laughed because he was acting so childish then I heard my brother Tray calling out my name he busted in the room "Damn bruh what happened?" Tray came to me and hugged me "You okay mamas?" I nodded
"Bruh I don't even know.. all I remember is me walking to my car from Lili's house and I heard running then I turned around and fell." I totally forgot that Lili and Jayen was related
"Probably him?.."
"Yeah.."
"Wait who?" I asked
"None of your business Mana," Tray said
"Man whatever," I got up "I'll be back," I kissed Jayen's forehead and Tray took a photo "If that picture good send it to me." I pushed him and he pushed me back

I can't believe I'm actually cool with my sister being with my homie I mean I did have a dream that they was gonna hook up wayy long ago but hook up in a bad way..
"What we gone do?"
"Shit man I don't know bruh they got me in the hospital and shit, did you talk to Mel?"
