"Gym wasn't too bad." I told Liam.

"Alright, it wasn't. I just am bad at it." He said.

"No you aren't, you're just new. Everyone was new at one point, it's no big deal."

"(Y/N), I got hit in the head with everything from footballs to frisbees." Liam protested.

"Oh shush it's not a big deal."

"The whole class laughed at me."

"Laughed with you, not at you."

"Whatever."

We laughed. So far Liam's first afternoon at Midtown wasn't a complete failure, to me at least. We were heading to the last class of the day, which was Biology.

"Biology's the best class. The teacher's not very nice, don't accidentally spill anything or else you'll get detention apparently. Me and Peter learned that the hard way." I told him.

"Who's Peter? You've mentioned him many times." Liam asked.

"Oh, you'll get along, trust me." I told him as we walked through the biology classroom doors.

The dark blonde haired boy was at our usual seats, and I excitedly walked up, happy to see him.

"Hey! This is Liam, the new kid." i explained.

"Hi." Liam said, making eye contact with Peter.

"Hey, welcome to Midtown." Peter said, giving him a welcoming smile.

I sat down next to Peter, and Liam pulled up a chair on my other side.

"That's Mrs.Jenson, our biology teacher." I whispered.

"I see." Liam said.

The middle aged woman silenced the class, welcomed Liam, and began giving the instructions for the days class as usual. After she was done explaining and giving directions, we got our lab sheets and materials.

"Each day is pretty similar. She explains what we have to do, and we get our papers and materials and do whatever the experiment is." Peter explained to Liam as I returned to the table, my arms filled with samples of plants, and a few microscopes. We laid out our materials on the table.

"You guys don't mind if I work with you, right?" Liam asked.

"Not at all, it's completely fine." I told him, Peter nodding in agreement.

"So, Liam first what we're doing is-"

"Jotting down the names of each plant sample." Liam said, finishing Peter's sentence.

"Yeah, then-"

"Observing the differences under microscopes and writing down the simalarities and differences in the chart on the back of the lab sheet. I got it, don't worry." Liam told him.

"Oh, uh okay!" Peter said, laughing quietly.

We wrote down the names of each plant sample, then placed it on the microscopes. Each of us looked at different ones, writing down our observations.

"Alright so this one has a lot of little details, and lines. A lot of lines." Peter told us, handing me one of the plant samples.

"Okay, this one kinda has circular cirlces." I said.

"Circular circles?" Liam echoed, laughing.

"Well yeah, I mean circles are well, circular." I confirmed.

"I mean they are called circles, and I'd imagine it's because they are circular."

"Okay guys let's just get back to the experiment now." Peter told us, laughing quietly.

"Right right, sorry." Liam said, placing another plant under the metal microscope.

After we finished looking at all of the samples and writing down what we saw, we put the stuff away and started on our conclusion sheet questions.

"Alright so the first question is what did they have in common." I told them, reading from the paper.

"Well, they all are a type of plant." Peter said.

"Yep!" I said, writing it down on the paper.

We added a few more similarities, then moved onto the next question.

"Describe photosynthesis." was the next one.

"That's how plants use sunlight to get food and stuff." Peter answered.

"Photosythesis, the process in which plants and some other organisms use sunlight to synthesize food from carbon dioxide and water." Liam stated.

"Wow, you really know your science vocab!" I said, laughing.

Peter's POV

"Wow, you really know your science vocab!" (Y/N) told Liam, laughing.

I did too!

"Yeah and it generally involves the green pigment of chlorophyll." I added.

"And generates oxygen as a byproduct." Liam added after me.

"Alright Einsteins one and two, thank you for the detailed description of photosynthesis." (Y/N) told us, laughing softly.

"Oh come on, I'm no Einstein." Liam said, rolling his eyes.

"Dude, I saw your schedule. You're in like some crazy advanced calculus class, and you're only a junior, which is insane."

"It's not too crazy. I guess math is just a strong subject for me." Liam said with a shrug.

"Yeah maths uh, maths easy!" I said.

We finished up the questions and the bell rang. We packed up all of our stuff. Liam turned to (Y/N).

"(Y/N), this is going to sound crazy but you seem so familiar, like I've seen you before or something."
