*6 months later*
Millie's POV:
My life has changed completely, stranger things came out 4 months ago and I'm shocked to see that people are actually enjoying it. But there's bad news too. Iris found out, she went insane and told me she'd be back. But when? I guess we'll never know. But Finn says he'll be there for me, as he always does. He was also pissed at iris for using him. She used him to annoy me, how pathetic is that? Anyway, we've been going to more and more interviews and it has been insane. I now have 250,000 Instagram followers, quarter of a million!
"Mills, finn is here." My mum says walking into my room. He then walks through my door, I hug him tight.
"FINNIEEEE" I shout as I hug him.
"I saw you yesterday." He chuckles.
"Yeah but that was yesterday." I smile.
"You ready for the 'build' interview tomorrow?" He asks.
"Yes! I'm so excited. Who's even going?" I ask.
"Uhhh it's me, you, gaten, Caleb, Noah and Natalia. I'm pretty sure anyway" he says sitting on my bed.
"Ooooo should be fun." I grin.
"What are you wearing?" He asks.
"Some overalls and sneakers. You?" I reply.
"Green bomber jacket and jeans." He replies.
"Basic." I roll my eyes and laugh.
"We're going together aren't we? We're staying in a hotel too right?" He asks.
"Well yeah it's in New York." I laugh.
*NEXT DAY 6AM*
I wake up, I cannot be bothered getting up. But, I have too. I get up and stretch. I then text the gc.

I put my phone down and start getting dressed. I put my white t-shirt and overalls on, also a tiny bit of makeup. I then grab my bag and head downstairs.
"Morning Mills!" Mum smiles.
"Morning." I grin grabbing an apple.
"I'm staying here with Ava." Charlie announces from the kitchen.
"Awh why can't you come with ussss" I complain.
"It's not fair on Ava if she travels all the time." Mum lightly smiles. I sigh as I finish my apple. I head upstairs to brush my teeth. I then grab my phone from my room and run downstairs.
"Right, got everything?" She asks.
"Yup." I smile before heading out the door.
"We should be back tomorrow! Love you!" Mum shouts to Charlie.
"By Charlie!" I shout.
"Bye guys!" He shouts back. I get in the back of the minivan and sit next to finn.
"Jesus Millie you scared me." He chuckles.
"Sorryyy." I smile. After about half an hour to the car my head falls on Finns shoulder and I slowly fall asleep. Around an hour later I wake up outside the airport.
You : we're at the airport! See you guys later 💓
I then put my phone back in my pocket, we head inside and get past security pretty easily before getting on the plane. I fall asleep on my mums shoulder on the plane for the whole journey (I know I'm boring I like sleep ok). When I wake up everyone is getting off the plane, so I do the same. We're in New York. Which is insane to me, I'm travelling because of this show! We all get in the minivan, tired.
"I cannot be bothered." Finn complains.
"Me neither." I mumble half asleep.
"This should be fun." Finn chuckles.
"I'm excited though." I smile.
"Me too." He says as he leans his head on mine. Moments like this are the moments I live for, those short moments of happiness. Those moments are what keep me going. We eventually reach the building and we're greeted by the other guys, and of course, Natalia.
"Hey!" I greet them as I run over for a hug.
"Oh my god millie you look so adorable!" Natalia chuckles.
"Thank you." I smile.
"I missed you millster!" Noah says excitedly.
"I missed you too schnipper!" I laugh back at him.
"Hey mills!" Gaten smiles.
"Hey gaten!" I Greet him.
"Millieeeee!" Caleb shouts as he hugs me tightly.
"Caloooob!" I shout back. He laughs at me, I laugh back. They all greet finn too before we head inside. We walk into the room and there's a big audience. I wave at them and take a seat next to finn. Once again I find myself staring at finn throughout the interview. But one question catches my attention.
"I mean your character is worrying about girlfriends, I mean eleven was his first crush am I right?" The interviewer asks. Finn smiles and looks at me.
"Awwwhh and will always be." He smiles as he puts his arm around me, pulling me in for a hug. I notice his face turn red. He then says "my good good best friend." As he looks at the floor. I smile lightly. He then continues to talk about the mileven relationship.
"No me and the duffers were talking about it, it's kinda like he finds a puppy and looks after it." I raise my eyebrows.
"What a horrible way to describe me!" I laugh.
"It's kinda like E.T how he finds it and takes care of it. And then he-he falls in love with-it c-coincidentally." He says before turning even redder than before. Everyone starts to laugh. We then go on to talk about fan theories and fears. The interview ends and we say goodbye to our fellow cast mates. We hug them and get into our minivan before heading to our hotel.
*an hour later*
After eating food and relaxing I decide to go to bed, the interview video has been released 40 minutes ago and people are starting to watch it. I get into bed and look at my phone. But what I see is not what I was expecting to see. So many videos of me and Finn captioned 'OMG THEYRE SO CUTE!' 'Fillie! I ship!' It's everywhere. All over my explore page. I now have 300,000 followers. Oh my god. Fillie? Seriously? But there's one caption that caught my eye.
'When He says that 'Mike' falls in love with el he turns red. Why would he be embarrassed? Unless... finn likes millie?' I sigh. We're best friends. I like the photo and comment 'we're friends 😂'

I grab the hotel key and slowly walk to the door.
"Where the hell do you think you're going?" My mum says sternly.
"Me and Finn need to talk. I don't know if I like him Mum. I'm not good enough for him. Please, let me talk to him." I say tearing up. She hugs me.
"Fine but be quick ok!" She smiles as I leave. He stands there. I sigh. We awkwardly walk outside and sit on a rock. We both stare at the sky.
"I'm not good enough finn." I say tearing up again.
"Stop saying that Millie!" He says sitting up. "You don't understand. If you weren't good enough I wouldn't like you." He says looking at me as I sit up.
"You deserve someone who can make you happy finn! Us being together will mess up everyone's lives." I say, he stands up and sighs.
"Just answer me one question." He says quietly.
"What.." I say.
"Do you like me?" He asks. I look down. "Do you like me millie?!" He asks again, a tear falling down his cheek. He sits next to me.
"Ok, I get it." He says. "I'm so fucking stupid." He says covering his face.
"I n-" I start.
"I'm so fucking stupid for even thinking for a second that someone like you would like someone like me." He sighs as he sits up. He stares me in the eye.
"F-" I try again.
"Don't say anything. It's fine" he says, crying. "I'm sorry if I messed any-" before he gets the chance to finish I kiss him on the lips.
"Does that answer your question?" I chuckle. He smiles and kisses me back.
"I don't like you finn." I say. He looks confused.
"B-" before he finished I add
"Finn, I-I love you." I say with a tear trickling down my cheek. He smiles and chuckles. He kisses me full of passion and love.
" I love you too." He smiles.
