Chapter 2: A New Beginning

Most girls that saw the Uchiha were either curious and wondering or just plainly ignored him. His dorm isn't really fancy, just a long single bed with white sheets, a bookshelf, and a study table.
"Stay here for a while, I will give you your stuff later on." Hana told Obito as he entered his new room. Before the two left Obito asked them if he could keep his personal belongings. They just shrugged, thinking that his stuff are probably magazines or some other things that are common among boys near his age. 'I feel so tired, that bastard probably drained my chakra before I ended up here.' he thought to himself as his eyes closed for a much needed sleep.

(Prison)

The boys at the prison were completely oblivious to the events outside until they heard a couple of students talking about a new male student in the academy. They're surprised that the chairman allowed another male in the academy after the peeping incident. "Hey guys, did you hear that, there's another guy here!" Shingo chirped happily while Kiyoshi just shrugged and went back to the prison work.

"Hey Gakuto do you think we can befriend him?" Shingo asked the guy with eye glasses.

"Yours truly thinks that's good idea but what if it's not allowed?" Gakuto answered back. "It's not like we're dragging him into this hellhole right, I don't think it's against the rules. Hey, you three, what do you guys think?"

"I hope he can understand us." Kiyoshi sighed. He didn't want the newcomer to think of them as filthy and pervert. After a little while, Meiko finally spoke "Break time is over! Get back to work!"

(Obito's Room)

Obito is sleeping soundly until someone knocked on his door. He woke up and freshened up so that he would at least look presentable to whoever knocked on his door. "What?" he answered groggily. The person at the door was surprised to find that the stoic and expressionless face of Obito was in fact sleepy and drunk looking. "I never thought I would see you like that, Uchiha-san." the person told him.
He finally recognized the voice and realized that the person infront of him is the Vice President herself. "Madame VP? Oh, sorry I forgot that I am getting my stuff tonight. Sorry if look so groggy, must be the lack of sleep. Give me a minute." Meiko then decided to look around in his room. 'Strange, he doesn't have a bag, I wonder where he kept all his things. He said something about a "parting gift". I wonder what are those'
She was pulled out of her thoughts by Obito snapping his fingers infront of her.
"Follow me." she told him in a commanding tone.

"Can we have a talk with the President before getting my stuff?"
"Why?"
"I just think it's necessary, don't bother asking, you'll eventually hear what I want to say."
"Fine..." she sighed.

(USC Office)

"Ms. President? Obito would like to talk to you." Meiko said
"Hmm? About what?" Mari asked, slightly confused.
"He just said that it's necessary and that I will eventually hear about it."
"Fine, let him in."

"Mr. Obito, I heard that you want to talk to me. What are we going to talk about?" Mari asked him.

"Yes, Ms. President. I forgot to tell you that my eyes are quite different and peculiar. It has powerful abilities, such as illusionary techniques. I told you this because I don't want to see others freaking out because they saw a guy with weird eyes. I would gladly appreciate it, if you're going to make an announcement about it tomorrow. That's all thank you."

"Hmm, so want to warn others that you're quite different from them?"

"Yes ma'am, it would be very troublesome, especially for you, if they panicked, I just think that this would be for the best."

"Very well, thank you for your concern, I'll consider it. You may now leave."

"Yes ma'am, thank you."

(On the way to the supplies)

"Another interesting information about you." Meiko smirked at Obito.

"That's just one of abilities, though, don't expect me to tell you guys everything." he smirked back at her who just sent him a glare.

"We're here. Now get your supplies." he was about to gather his supplies but an idea popped in his head.
"What are you smiling at? Go get your stuff now!" Meiko finally snapped, she was irritated now.
"You want to see an ability of mine?" Obito said with a smirk.
"W-what? Don't try it!" She said in a pissed off tone, but deep inside she felt a pang of fear.
"It's nothing dangerous, it'll just make gathering stuff faster and more fun. You're not going to get hurt by this." He said, a grin forming on his lips.
"O-ok, just don't try anything stupid!" Meiko finally calmed down. Obito then started gathering and piling his stuff. Meiko was confused at first but when she saw Obito close his left eye, it only confused her even more.

"It's been quite a while since I did this technique." the Uchiha told her with a smirk. She was starting to get nervous because of his smirks and remarks. She thought that whatever technique it is, it must be powerful. She even got more nervous when she saw Obito's right eye turn crimson red with pinwheel patterns. With his Mangekyō Sharingan active, he started to gather the necessary amount of chakra to use Kamui. Meiko nervously watched him until she heard his voice.

"Kamui" he said. Then just as he said the word, the air started swirling around his right eye as if it just became a black hole. The objects are then sucked into his right eye and then he stopped the technique.

Meiko can only watch in shock as Obito used Kamui. Her mind is full of questions and worries, until she was pulled out of her thoughts by Obito's voice.

"Good night, see you tomorrow, Meiko-chan." he said in a husky voice that made her blush hard in embarrassment. He walked away towards his room with a smirk on his lips. The Vice President could only stand there with her face red in embarrassment.
'I feel so hot right now. Wait, what the hell? What the hell am I thinking? Meiko snap out of it, you're the VP of the USC, you shouldn't think of things like that' she thought to herself, hoping that her hot feeling will eventually go away.

(Obito's Room)

"Hehehe, I should probably use a hot and sexy a genjutsu on those girls next time, I wonder what would happen. She looked cute and funny with her face red." he said his thoughts aloud. Obito still has knack for screwing up with everything. 'I'll just go to sleep now, I'll check my things tomorrow.' he thought, his eyes closing as sleepiness consumed him.

Meanwhile, the Vice President was fuming because apparently, a newcomer messed with her. "Damn that scum... He has the nerve to mess with me... I'll punish him next time if he tries it again..."
