It's been two months since Calum and Sandy got into that fight, and back together. Michael and Ruby were still together too, and it seemed as if Ashton would get a girlfriend soon too. Just Luke was alone, and he was fine with it. Not happy tough, but fine.
Things also seemed to be all okay, the boys wrote so many new songs, and recorded most of them too. One of them was 'End Up Here' that Calum wrote by himself for Sandy. Since then, their love grew wider, at least Sandy's love for him grew, and Calum's love only grew for Ruby. He hoped that it would stop some when, but it just kept on. But the one thing he didn't know is that, Ruby was struggling with the same problem as him. They just had to find out that they ike each other, maybe then things wouldn't be so complicated, and maybe then they could sleep in each other's arms, instead of laying awake the whole night thinking about the person they love.
"What did Tom say?" Luke's head popped up from the plate he was eating from, and his eyes grew widder at his mum when she hung up the phone after she finished the call from Tom.
"The EP will come out soon, after that you have to go on a small tour through Europe." she said as she took her coffee and newsletter and sat herself across Luke at the table.
"When is that?" Luke groaned as he took the celreal in his spoon and then in his mouth.
"A few days after Cal's birthday." his mum said as she smiled at him, she didn't expect him to not be in the mood when it comes about going on tour again. After Luke sighed annoyed she went on. "But it is only for five days. It's a five-countries-five-days tour, then you come back home for two weeks and back on another small tour." she said in hope that it would change Luke's mood.
"Oh, it isn't that bad." he said suprised. "Do the others know that already?" he asked his mum when he stood up and took his plate to the sink.
"Yeah, I guess so." Liz chuckled a bit as she took a sip of her hot coffee. "Where are you going?" she asked a bit louder when she saw Luke casually walking out of the house while putting on his flannel over his tank top.
"I need to go to Ashton and Michael, we organise a party for Calum, but don't tell it anyone." he said as he was almost out of the house and waved at his mum before closing the door behind himself. He walked down the street to Ashton's house and they drove together to Michael's house where they planned to make the party since his mum wouldn't be home for the weekend.
"Okay, so we have two days to plan the party." Luke said with a full concentrated voice as he looked at Michael and Ashton who weren't about planning anything apart from falling asleep right now. Luke's look dropped and he sighed heavily as he leaned himself back in his chair and let his hands fall down to the floor freely. "Aaah c'mon guys, it's his nineteenth birthday!" he said after a while with power in his voice trying to cheer up his friends but with no success.
"You say that always." Michael groaned as he went with a hand through his messy hair.
"What do you mean?" Luke furrowed his eyebrows and looked at a yawning Michael.
"You always say that we need to make a super party for Calum's birthday, no matter if it is his 16th,17th,18th or how it is now, his 19th birthday." Ashton nswered instead of Michael becuase he totally knew what he meant when he said what he said.
Luke rolled his eyes and sighed when he put his hands on his waist pushngt hem deeper into his stomach. "But he really deserves this party. It'S been a fucking hard year for him. Let us just invite some people and have fun for that night, it's not hard."
"Fine." Ashton took a deep breath that seemed to take him a lot of energy becuase him and Michael were so exhausted this morning out of some reason that Luke didn't know and didn't want to know.
"Okay." Michael said in the same tone and took a few of the invitation cards that Luke bought out of sorts.
Luke didn't say anything but put on a grin and took the other half of the cards to write them out. He wasn't happy that it took him so much effort to make Ashton and Michael help him organise a party for Calum, but he was happy that he could make them do at least something.

"Is it just me, or have you been home the whole day today?" Ruby asked Calum after she put the book that was the whole time in her hands away.
"Yeah." Calum said not even looking at her while being still concentrated on the Fifa game that he was playing.
"Can I know why?" she groaned and made herself sit straight on the sofa from her laying position she had in the past few hours.
"Becuase it's my birthday." Calum swung with his hands in the air after she put down the controler and paused the game. "They plan again a secret happy birthday party for me surely. They do it every year." he scoffed and took his controler again and started the game.
"Really? I don't think so, I mean I haven't got an invitation yet, and I'm sure they'd call me to come to your birthday party." Ruby said trying to sound as truthfull as possible, and to hide the fact that she was lying.
"Whatever. I don't care." he said sounding really as if he didn't care when in fact he did. But not as much as Ruby tought he did.
"You never care about anything." Ruby chuckled as she stood up and walked into the kitchen to take out a drink from the fridge for herself.
"I do care. Just not always." he said honestly.
"I don't think so." Ruby chuckled again when she threw herself back onto the sofa opening the can of Coke and taking a sip of it.
"I really do." Calum said still looking for a while at the screen of the tv and then ending the game totally, and giving her all his attention. "I care about some people." he said when he turned to her and smiled, hopping that she won't find out that she is the person he cares about the most.
"Do you care about Sandy?" Ruby put an eyebrow up and half smiled at him.
Calum didn't answer her but just nodd his head.
"Do you still care about that other mysterious girl?" she asked him again in the same tone like the time before.
"I'm not proud to admitt it, but ... yeah, I care about her." he said and stopped for a minute to sit up. "I care too much about her." he walked to the kitchen and looked back over his shoulder to see Ruby who wasn't luckily looking at him at the moment. If she did look at him she'd see the sad face, that was only sad becuase of her. Calum didn't sleep good at all since he knew he loved Ruby, and since he knew he could never be with her. She loved Michael, not him, and she tought she loved Sandy.
It was complicated, and only a single sentence from someone who knew the whole truth would make them happy.
"Will I ever find out who that girl is?"Ruby said annoyed as she broke Calum's lost toughts when he came back to the living room with the same drink in his hand as in Ruby's.
"Huh?" Calum looked confused at her as he took a sip of his drink.
"Who is that girl that worries our almost nineteen years old Calum Hood?" Ruby asked when she leaned herself in closer to Calum and messed up his hair.
"Who is the boy that worries you?" Calum laughed and made his head away so Ruby would stp messing it up and smiled at her. He knew and he saw that something was worrying Ruby too, but never found the best time to ask her about it till now.
"What?" Ruby chuckled as she hopped her face wasn't blushing red becuase it always did when she lied or pretended that she has no clue about what someone was talking.
"C'mon, Rub. What did Michael do that makes you so sad in last time?" Calum tapped her shoulder and leaned himself back in the sofa.
"No ..." Ruby chuckled as she put a hand on her stirn. "He didn't do anything he-"
"Who made you upset then?" Calum interupt her not wanting to listen to her empty lies anymore. "Ruby I really love you, you must tell me if something is wrong." he said with a more strng voice which madeRuby look deeplyy into his dark eyes. "So, who's messing up with your emotions?" he asked when he crossed his legs and stopped being too serious, while Ruby still looked almost scared into his eyes.
"You wouldn't understand it ei-"
"I would." Calum interupt her again. "I fucking would understand you." he repeated himself but with more swearing words. "I went through so much, and had to take so many pain to myself, I would and I will understand it, now tell me." he said losing himself in all the talking which made Ruby problems to even catch up with him, she just understood that she had to tell him everything, now.
Calum kept on talking about how he will unerstand everything she had to say, how he is always ready to help her, and in all his stories Ruby just lost control over her mouth.
"I love you." Ruby said with wide opened eyes and a almost robotic voice which made Calum stop talking and look at her confused in shock.
"You wh-"
"Hapy irthday party animal!!!!" suddenly Michael, Ashton and Luke jumped into the house and broke all the tension while hugging and yelling into Calum's ears.
