to y'all who say that metal (and other controversial music genres in general) influences people:

i may or may not have argued this before so many times, but either way, i'll say it, and i'll say it again.

it all depends on the individual.

yes, you can say that metallica's fade to black has pushed someone to commit suicide. yes, you can say that slayer's entire discography is a culprit in a case involving satanic elements. yes, you can say that LITERALLY EVERY METAL SONG OUT THERE can affect a person's behavior, bring out every negative mood imaginable, and do everything evil imaginable.

but really, it's the listener themself who has the free will to choose whether they should take action or not.






the music that a person listens to does not define the entirety of them.

i rest my case.
