Rose pov

Vincent left his hand and punched him in his stomach and kicked the other one I tried to help him but he just didn't let me.He was easily beating the crap out of the vampires.But then one of the vampire bit me on my neck and then everything went blank and I became subconscious.

Vincent's POV

I am in my meeting room working on my pack's security since I killed Alexander his son wants revenge but they are not getting any.My pack is far more strong than his pack but I have not been able to concentrate on my work.Every now and then Rose's thought comes to my mind she is just so beautiful and pure how did I become so lucky to have her.While I was thinking about her I heard a knock at the door it was Nathan's other sister Carie she always wanted to persuade me to believe that she is my mate but I always knew that she wasn't so I always stayed far from her.'What do you want Carie' I asked her trying to sound serious.'Nathan told me to give this file to you' she said and came to me I took the file just as she was about to leave she slipped or maybe acted like she fell and she ended up in my laps before I could tell her to get off me the door opened and Rose entered.

She started crying when she saw me with Carie 'It is not what it seems to be' I told her but she inatead of replying left the room crying.'Carie get out of the room before I banish you from the pack' I threatened her and she immediately ran away.I went behind Rose but till then she had already left

I knew that she was new here so she had nowhere to go but then where did she go.Just as I was thinking about all this I got a call.'This is Alpha Vincent who are you' I asked 'Alpha I am Kade from a local bar a girl is paying through your credit card I thought maybe I should inform you' the person on other end spoke.'Just keep an eye on the girl I am coming there' I told him and then went to the bar.

When I reached there Kade came and told me that Rose has gone out of the bar I started searching around to find her scent.I finally smelt her and followed the scent it lead me to a lonely dark road.I heard somebody speaking when I walked a few steps I saw Rose pinned and somebody was going to punch her.I ran to her and stopped his punch when I looked at his face I understood he was a vampire and then I started fighting with the vampires Rose tried to help me but I shushed her away I didn't want her to get hurt.

But then I heard a cry when I looked towards Rose she was lying on the road unconscious then I saw a bite mark at her neck.After that I lost control and I killed the vampires then I took her to the doctor's house.Pack doctor examined her and told me that due to vampire's bite her wolf and vampire's blood got mixed and that the doctor didn't knew whether she would wake up or not.

Everybody tried to comfort me but it was of no news I knew that she was in this state only because of me.I was sitting in my room right now thinking about Rose when James came hurrying in 'Alpha we have found out who those vampires were and why they tried to attack Luna'he told me.Now I was beyond control I just wanted to know why they tried to kill Rose

'Why did they attack her' I asked him my voice sounded anger that even he looked scared 'Alpha Mathew had instructed the vampires to kidnap luna because he wanted to marry her'he told me.'Tell Nathan to get our army ready we will attack Mathew's pack' I told him.
