Todoroki's point of view
Cracking is the only sound I can hear as I stare at the 'happy couple'. I hate the sight of of them together. Who? You might be wondering. Well, the oh-so happy couple is Izuku and Uraraka. I have feelings for Midoriya, and I was going to confess my love for him today after school. I guess Uraraka beat me to, huh? I can't take anymore of that cute yet heartbreaking scene.
I begin to walk out of the classroom and head towards the front of the building where I can begin leaving this hell. I exit the school and head to my favorite place to hang out when I'm down. I never really want to go home because of the man I call 'Father', so I just go to my happy place for a bit until I'm ready to head home.
As I reach my hang out area, I notice a girl who has wings, horns, a tail, and the same uniform as me. At this point I didn't really care, so I sat next to her. "Why are you here?" The girl asks quietly looking at the beautiful view ahead of us. "Pardon?" I question "People usually come here because of something that bothers them." She bluntly explains. "Well, I was going to confess my feelings to someone really close to me, but he has feelings for another." I explain. "Was it a guy he had feelings for?" The unknown girl asks. "No, it's a girl." I whisper loud enough so she can hear. "Damn, that's brutal." She responds turning her head towards me. The girl has a mouth-mask on and her eyes are light gray on the left and black on the right. Her bangs are like mine and her black hair is down and messy with white tips at the end of her hair. "What about you? Why are you here?" I question. She looks forward again and begins to talk. "My mom and dad got in a heated argument again for the tenth time in a row because of me and my quirk." "What is your quirk if you don't mind me asking." I ask. She shows a small smile "Corrupted purity." I tilt my head to the side in confusion. She chuckles and starts explaining her quirk "I can Corrupt and Purify anything I touch on my command, but it can't be something that is connected to you like a tail or something that you know doesn't shoot out of your hands." Huh, bet Izuku would like to see that. "That's really cool and powerful." I comment. "Really think so?" She smiles "Yeah! I mean mine is just fire and ice." I state as she focuses on my face. "Oh, you're Shoto Todoroki. My name is Sūkōna Kako." Kako says as lifts her hand for a handshake. I accept the handshake "Yeah, how did you know?" "I WAS going to attend the sports festival, but I got sick and watched it on my T.V. instead." Kako states "I'm guessing the guy you were talking about is Izuku Midoriya?" I blush a bit "Yeah, He is." "The guy is really something, huh?" Kako questions. I nod. "Hey, you never said what class you're in." I speak as I change the subject. "Oh yeah, I'm from class 1-C." Kako comments. "Oh re-" I was interrupted up a phone ringing. It's my phone. I quickly take out my phone see that it's my father. I groan and answer. 'Shoto get home now!' My father commands and hangs up the phone. "Dad?" Kako asks. I nod "I have to get home." "Yeah, me too." She states. As Kako is about to take off she says "Hope I see you in school." She waves and flys off. "Me too." I mumble.
~Time Skip to Next Morning~
Midoriya's point of view
I lazily get out of bed and turn off my alarm, so it doesn't wake up my mom. As I get in the shower, I keep replaying what I saw after school.
~Flashback~
I was walking down the street when I hear talking from near me. Curiosity hit me, so I hid to hear what they were talking about. I shouldn't do this. I thought as I got up to walk away until I heard "Oh, You're Shoto Todoroki. My name is Sūkōna Kako." Todoroki is talking to someone and it's a girl?! "Yeah, how did you know?" Todoroki asked "I WAS going to attend the sports festival-" so she goes to U.A. "I'm guessing the guy you were talking about is Izuku Midoriya, huh?" TODOROKI WAS TALKING ABOUT ME?! I stayed to listen to their conversation until I heard a ring. "Dad?" The girl who is Kako asks "I have to get home." Todoroki states "Yeah, me too." The girl comments. Before she leaves, I hear she say "Hope I see you at school." Then she FLYS AWAY?! SHE HAS WINGS?! I faintly hear Todoroki say "Me too." I quickly run home hoping Todoroki didn't see me
~End of Flashback~
I make it to the school entrance where I see Todoroki and I think that same girl from before talking. I quickly run up to them to say hi. "Hi Todoroki!" I greet. "Hey." Todoroki greets as that girl left. "Who was that?" I ask. Todoroki looks back to see the girl talking to her friends "She is a friend, I met her yesterday. She's in class 1-C. Her quirk is-" Todoroki was interrupted by Uraraka giving a bear hug. I greet my girlfriend and I look back at Todoroki who is talking to that girl from before. I frown a bit. He looks happy with his new friend. I turn back to Uraraka to say something, but I was denied by the school bell. I see Todoroki and the girl walk together to class. I feel a bit betrayed and jealous. Jealous? Why do I feel jealous I have a girlfriend. As we were about to reach our class, Todoroki and that girl stop in front of the class 1-C door. "See ya in lunch, Todoroki." The girl smiles sweetly as she opens the door. "Yeah, see ya." Todoroki smiles and waves. HE SMILED! HE RARELY SMILES NEAR US! Uraraka notice this and comments "Whoa, looks like Todoroki made a friend out of class." I take a mental note about the girl as we enter class. A few seconds later, Todoroki comes in and gets bombarded by questions like 'was that a girl you were just with?' Or 'the girl's hot are you dating her?' And 'how did you meet a girl like that?' They were starting to get on my nerves, but Todoroki just shrugs and says "She just a friend who was willing to listen about my problem." He walks to his seat and leaves everybody in shock even me and Uraraka.
~Time skip to Lunch because I'm lazy af~
I walk up to Todoroki and ask "Hey, want to sit with us during lunch?" He shakes his head no "Actually, I'm going to sit with my friend and her friends today." "Ok." Is the only thing I can say. I'm shocked that Todoroki didn't want to sit with us. As I make my way to my usual table, I notice Todoroki and his 'new friends' laughing and smiling. "WHAT?! IS HE TO GOOD FOR US NOW?!" Kacchan yells looking at Todoroki's table. "Maybe he wanted a change?" Kirishima states. Kacchan scoffs as he power walks to Todoroki's table. "Kacchan DONT!" I yell but it was too late. Kacchan slams his fists on to their table and yells "WHAT ARE YOU TO GOOD FOR US NOW?!" Todoroki looks at him puzzled. "DONT PLAY DUMD WITH ME, SCUMBAG!" Kacchan gets in a fight pose and Todoroki is about stand up, but is stopped by the girl from before. She says something and Kacchan responses "DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN BEAT ME?! HA! I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY!" The girl chuckles and gets ready to fight. Kacchan is the first to his quirk. The girl touches Kacchan's hand and says "Corrupted Explosion." Kacchan is puzzled and hesitates for a flit second giving the girl enough time to use her quirk. Everyone except the students in class 1-C are in shock when the girl shoots out a bigger and darker version of Kacchan's quirk. Quickly sending Kacchan flying into a nearby wall. "Todoroki quickly give me your right hand and use your quirk." The girl ordered and Todoroki did what he was told. The girl says "Purified Ice" And with that she shoots out clear ice with her right foot instantly trapping Kacchan in place. Kacchan tries to use his explosions to break free, but the ice wouldn't even creak. Some of the teachers run in and are shocked that Kacchan is trapped in an ice dome. The teachers look at the girl and ask if she let him free. She nods and turns to Todoroki. Todoroki stretches his left hand and use his fire side. The girl mumbles "Corrupted Fire." And walks up to the small ice dome. Black flames start to leave the palm of her hands melting the pure ice. Kacchan starts yelling profanities at the girl as he gets closer to her with his explosions. If I was her I would've been scared lifeless, but she wasn't fazed at all instead she just slapped him across the face leaving us even more shocked. "Shut up." The girl rolled her eyes and walks away. People were cheering for her even some kids from our class.
Todoroki's point of view (after school)
After class, Midoriya came up to me and asked if I wanted to go get ice cream with and Uraraka. Not trying to be rude, I accepted.
