He's Not What He Seems (DISCONTINUED)

Chapter 7

~Fours pov~

     It had been a few hours since X had ran off.  I was beginning to become worried.  I asked all of the contestants even Flower and Ruby if they had seen them but none of them had.  I searched the whole island before giving up and heading home.  Then I heard crying, It was coming from X's room.  I opened the door a creek to see X curled up on his bed crying. I was relieved and worried at the same time.  I opened the door all the way making sure it didn't make a sound.  Even when I was standing only a few feet from X's bed he didn't seem to notice me. I creeped over to his bed and hugged him.  I felt him tense up before relaxing.

     "F-Four?  Is that you?"  X said, his voice a bit shaky.

     "Its me, don't worry" I reassured him, as I let go of him.  Suddenly X turned around and tackle hugged me.  I was caught off guard and fell, X still hugging me.

     "Im so sorry!"  He exclaimed as he began to cry again.

     "Sorry for what?"  I asked a bit confused.

     "Im sorry for running away!"

     "You don't have to be sorry about that!"

     "But I didn't even tell you why I ran away!"

     "Well you can now"

~One story later~

     I sighed.  "Gosh I didn't know what I did to your leg would give you nightmares.  I thought apologizing was enough."

     "Four don't blame yourself for this!"

     "But I should be blaming myself for this!  Do you really think it's just a coincidence that after I hurt you, you start having nightmares about me?"

     "Well.."

     "Exactly!  You don't!"  I hopped off of X's bed.  "I feel like its my fault.."

     "Listen even if it was your fault I would still lo-"  I saw X cover his mouth.  "..I would still be your best friend."  I looked at X skeptically, wondering why he had covered his mouth, but shrugged it off.

     "I guess your right."  I said smiling at him.  "Im gonna head off to bed alright?"

     "Alright!"

~Time Skip To Midnight~ (btw its still fours pov)

     I was awoken by the sound of X screaming.  I rushed out of my bed and to his room.

     "X!  Are you alright!?"  I almost screamed.

     "I-Im fine...just another nightmare.."  I sighed in relief.

     "Oh thank god, I thought you were getting kidnapped or something."  I joked.  I saw X still had a worried expression on his face.

     "Hey if you want I can sleep in here tonight so you feel more safe."  I suggested.

     "You would do that?"  He asked.

     "Sure!  Let me just get my blankets and pillow and ill sleep on the floor!"  I saw X's eyes widen at the mention of sleeping on the floor.

     "The floor?  Wouldn't that be uncomfortable?"

     "Well were else would I sleep?" 

     "Well you could sleep in my bed with me." I heard X mumble.  I was shocked at the suggestion and didn't really respond.  "I mean you don't have to!  It was just a suggestion.  Im sorry for bringing it u-"

     "N-no its alright."  I said without thinking.  Then I realized something.  Oh my god I just said yes to sleeping with X.  I stood there lost in my thoughts and didn't notice X trying to snap me out of it.

    "Four are you alright?"

     "Huh?  Oh uh yea i'm fine!"  I said.  I climbed into bed with X and slowly fell asleep.
