Next Day

The rest of Riker's family comes home to day so later riker is taking me to meet them. I'm so excited they are probably the sweetest people ever. Unless they are like riker was and are bullies... no no no I bet they are wonderful. Today is Saturday so no school, yay! Anyway I walked downstairs and got on twitter for a while. Then I went outside and got some flowers cuz I got bored. I went back inside and put them in a vase with water then sat them on the counter. I did the dishes and sat back on the couch. Mom came back from work and David started cooking dinner.

"Hey sweetheart." mom said to me as she set her bag down.

"Hey mom, how was work." I asked.

"Tiring." she blankly while sluggishly walking to bed.

"What are you making?" I asked david.

"Well I saw this recipe for a type of omlet. So I'm trying it out and when I'm done you can try it if you want." he finished. David is a chef he has cooked for many famous people. Rihannah, Maroon5, Selena Gomez, Becky G, Micheal Jackson, you before death, and so many others! He must be so proud because all of those celebrities rated him 5 stars! I think that is pretty cool! The doorbell rang and my dad wipes hands and opened it.

Riker's Pov

I rang the door bell and a man who I guess was david answered ,I didn't really get a good look at the wedding.

"May I help you?" he said kinda rude.

"Uh yeah I'm here to pick up maliah." I said nervously. I don't think he got a good look at me either.

"I'm sorry who are you?" He asked.

"I'm Riker, Maliah's boyfriend." I said and gulped.

"Boyfriend!?" he asked in anger.

"Uh, y-yes sir." I said and stiffened up. Maliah came up behind him.

"David leave him alone...sorry riker." she said and stood by me.

"Wasn't he the bully?" her dad asked.

"Yes, but we are okay now. He is taking me to his house to meet the rest of his family so if you'll excuse us. Love you." she said and started to walk to my car.

"I'm watching you and if you EVER hurt her I swear to god you will regret it... I have... a gun!" he said a made a gun with his hand. My eyes got wide and nodded. I walked to my car and got in. I let out a sigh and drove to my house.

"I'm sorry about him, he doesn't really have a gun. He is just trying to be a dad. But he isn't my dad..." she said then started to tear up.

"Babe what's wrong?" I asked concerned as I pulled over. I pulled into a parking lot because I wanted to pay attention to maliah.

"She wiped her face and hugged me tight, I hugged her back. She pulled away and I wiped the tears from her eyes.

"I miss him so much." she said and looked down.

I lifted her chin and looked her into her eyes.

"I know, I mean I don't know but if it was my dad I would miss him too. Maria I love you so much and I just want to be happy so if you need anything come to me and I'll do everything I can to make it better for you." I said and kissed her. She smiled and hugged me I hugged her and smiled. We pulled apart.

"Riker?" she asked.

"Yes maliah?" I asked while driving home.

"I love you too." she said and smiled at me. I looked at her and smiled. It took a few minutes and we were there. It was four thirty now and my brothers and parents will be home it an hour. I cannot wait, there are gonna love maliah and maliah will love them!
