Why did they choose him?

Chapter I

Last days of summer holidays were quiet and calm in Cape Coral in Florida. Same for Daisy and Lana.
They were coming home from last shopping clothes before the school starts.

Daisy and Lana were twins. Both of them shared light blue color of their beautiful eyes and brown hair. Each of them wore always different clothes. They knew they are twins but they didn't want to look exactly the same.

Daisy usually wore darker clothes. She liked the shade. Lana loved shiny colors. She loved to smile and wear colors that make people smile.

"Ah, I thought the holidays would last much longer." "I know, Daisy but it was great two months, don't you think?" "Yeah, I hope the school will be also great."

"Daisy, we are going to high school this year. It won't be great. What if we'll have to attend different classrooms. We would have to split up."

"Lana, calm down, nobody will split us, we'll stay together. I promise."

Lana calmed down and started to think. "Sorry, sis. I'm just scared a bit." Daisy smiled. "It's ok."

Girls went over the small grass and stepped in front of wooden doors. Daisy tried the handle and opened the doors. "Hmm, strange. Are parents at home already?" Lana asked loudly.

It was suspicious. Their father Robert was loaded with his job, so he used to come home in early evening. Their mother Jane worked as a teacher so she used to be at home quite quick.

They went in and took off their shoes. "Is anybody home?" Daisy asked to the void. From the living room on the right their father showed up.

"Girls, you are finally here. Come with me, I have something interesting and really important to tell you."

Girls were confused. Why is their dad already at home. What is so important. It didn't make any sense. But twins went to living room without a defiance.

"Why are you at home?". Lana had to ask. "Did something happen in your job?"
"No, no, no sweethearts. Everything's alright. Well, not everything. But I'll tell you in a moment. Jane, come here, please." Dad called his wife from their kitchen.

Their mother came to living room. It was a small woman with dirty blonde hair. She was the parent who gave her eyes to her kids. No doubt. Right now she was wearing a apron. She cooked something.

"Hi sweethearts, so you are already here." Her voice was calm but her eyes were full of fear. Twins knew it. But still didn't know what's happening.

After seconds of silence their father started to speak. "My beloved sweethearts, I have to tell you the truth. The last months weren't best but we had our own reasons for it. Me and your mom came to a important decision.

"I don't want to hear that." Lana started to be affraid.

Bob and Jane looked on each other. Then said: "You will get a brother!"

"What the fuck did you say?!" Daisy shouted.
