Camila's P.O.V:

I heard once somewhere, that life isn't about the number of breaths you take, but about the numbers of moments that make you take a breath. It's about those moments that keep you up in thought at 2:00 in the morning, and make you daydream in the middle of conversations.

I could pretend to have had thousands of these moments. I could say that I have lived happily, and with fulfillment, but I suppose that wouldn't be the truth. I guess it's just in human nature to want more even when you have everything. Some of my wildest dreams have come true, and I'm still complaining.

I am a singer, which is my dream job in itself, with four other amazing girls, who have quickly become my best friends. I went from singing to myself in front of the bathroom mirror to performing in arena's and malls across the country. It was everything I had ever hoped for, but I still want more.

I'm not going to lie and say that the thought of always wanting more didn't make me greedy. I was most definitely greedy. The difference with me and the other 6 billion greedy people walking this earth though, was that I only wanted one thing.

I wanted the gift of sharing everything with something. Not so much of a something as someone in my mind. Ever since I was little, I had wanted someone to love more than my parents, or Sofi. I wanted someone who would kiss me, and hold my hand with our fingers perfectly intertwined as we walked down the street.

I just wanted someone who I could call mine, but have them say the same thing. Is it so wrong to want love? That's the only thing I want in this world, and if it is wrong, I don't care. I want it more than any type of fame or fortune. It might be stupid to offer up my career and entire life for something that is invisible to the human eye, but to me, it's important.

"That show was amazing!" I said running down the hallway of backstage that security was leading us through. I had stopped to get some water from the water fountains, and even in heels the other girls had walked what seemed like miles ahead of me.

"It was amazing, but I'm dead tired." Ally said this as she stopped to let me catch up with at least her. The other girls saw that she had stopped, and waited for her to move again. This cased security to halt, basically making the whole system wait on me.

"Sorry, I'm here now. We can go." I said in a weird voice which made Ally chuckle as she looped her arm through mine and started to pull me along faster than I could walk.

"Ally, let the clumsy one take off her heels before you drag her along." The voice that said this was loud, but playful at the same time. It was sort of commanding, but the laugh released after the words made up for the assertiveness.

"Fine Lauren, you let her take off the heels, then catch up." Ally said a little matter-of-factly before walking ahead of us. She tried to stand tall like she meant what she said, but she couldn't hold the laughter back that was bubbling inside of her.

"Go ahead Camz; take off the heels." Lauren said distracting me from smiling at Ally's laugh. It was just one of those laughs that made you stare at its host with a stupid grin on your face.

I whipped my head in Lauren's direction, and almost knocked her in the head with my own. I immediately reached my hands up to her head and clasped it firmly between my two palms before moving it up, down, and side to side to make sure I hadn't hurt her.

"Are you alright?" I said as I continued to look her head over. I felt two warm palms being placed on my wrist before I moved Lauren's head to point her gaze at my own. Those emerald eyes can put anyone in a trance.
