My eyes fluttered open the blue glow of my television shone throughout my living room. My eyes burned and my neck was cramped from my awkward position on the couch, were I had fallen asleep. I wrestled my phone out of my Jean pocket and turned it on checking the time, 3:46 Am, I groaned why was I awake. Pushing myself off the sofa I stumbled upstairs. Once reaching my bedroom I collapsed on the bed and fell back asleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My nose burned, I rolled over, confused. Was I dreaming? I'd never smelled in a dream before. I peeled my eyes open, nope, I'm awake. I rubbed my nose, was I sick, I took a deep breathe, smoke? I was suddenly wide awake. I threw the blankets off me and ran out of my bedroom. Once in the hallway I could see a orange glow coming from beyond the kitchen. My chest was tight, from fear or the smoke? I needed to find Bell, now!
I ran down the hall and threw open my office door quickly scanning the room I concluded Bell wasn't in there so I left the door open and ran down the stairs. My foot caught on something and I tripped, I rolled down the remainder of the stairs and hit the living room floor. I groaned picking my self up. "Bell!" I screamed, with one hand on the wall I limped through the living room. I checked the couch and the lounge chair, I even checked under them.
There was only one more room to check, I gulped and stumbled into the flaming kitchen. The fire burned hot around me, stealing the oxygen right out of my lungs. Flames licked at my burning skin, I froze, there! Across the kitchen a thick cloud of smoke covered a figure they stood with their back turned towards me.
"Who are you!" I called out, the man slowly turned. My eyes burned and I needed to find Bell "did you do this?" I demanded to know, yelling at the, now looking at me, man. The stranger took a heavy shambling step towards me his face was red from the heat and the fire caressed his body like a gentle lover. The man shook his head is mouth slowly opened, his jaw dropped till it touched his chest, his skin was starting to melt.
He started to speak a deep whine left his wide open mouth his lips and jaw never moved, but words started forming, "You did this," it accused me. I shook my head in horror, "no, no, I wouldn't!" I needed him to believe me, I felt a deep instinct in my gut.
"But you will, I've seen it before, you take and take, no thought of others, this is the Destiny men like you lead us!" The creature once again spoke, holding his arms wide as his skin peeled and cracked in the heat. "What can I do?" I begged, the smoke crawled into my throat making me choke. After I had regained my breathe the thing spoke once again, "you can do nothing!" It spat. "I can, I can, give me a chance!" I cried. It's head tilted, I couldn't tell if it was curious or if it was just withering away in the fire. "I would give you a chance-" "please-" "-but, it is not up to me, you must decide for yourself, stand against your own father or stand with him in a burning house just like this one,"
And just like that the man burst into flames "wait! You are you?" I cried out reaching forward, it looked at me I realized in horror that it's eyes had melted, "You called me, Bell," and he was gone in a cloud of ash.
The ceiling made a heart stopping groaning sound, I looked up just in time to see the ceiling collapse, right on top of me.
I woke up with a scream my eyes flashed scanning the room, I couldn't breathe. It was just a dream it was just a dream- Bell! I scrambled out of bed and ran downstairs, I was met by a clean living room and a ordinary kitchen, there was no fire. I found Bell quickly he was curled up on the couch fast asleep his head tucked beneath his tail. One glance out the clock in the kitchen told me it was 8:29 Am, deciding it was early enough to be awake, not like I could go back to sleep anyways, I curled up on the couch next to the perfectly alive and safe fox. In a few hours Bell would wake up and I would cook eggs and act like everything is fine, but, the dream would stick with me. The dream may have all been my imagination but... human Bell sounded so... real, that all couldn't have been fake?
If it was real what did it mean? Men like me? Go against my father? Go against him in what? Oh well I can't dwell on this much longer I have a attack to plan.
Hmmmm? I wonder...
Here's the tea I was gonna make it a real fire but that didn't fit into my plot so it got scrapped, but I liked the idea of one, and this way it can fit into my plot. Now back to whining about my real life, my chemistry teacher fucking sucks at teaching. (I always feel awkward swearing on here cause I feel like all my readers are just wee babes, sound off in the comments I guess, are ya Gucci with swearing? Ya know what? Never mind I don't care, I am curious about the average age of my reader tho.) Also my cat is cute as hell. Guys I've officially written more chapters since I've been back then when I first started! (Ha, literally nobody cares)
