After 16 years of fighting her anxiety and depression, Mabel stick up to it. But as a source of stand up Mabel sees what was really dragging her down...
"It's nothing, nevermind. I need to go." Mabel said still crying.
"Mabel! Talk to me now!" Caleb said beginning to worry.
"I'm not strong enough Caleb." Mabel said feeling like a waterfall was running down her face.
"People always think I'm strong and I can do anything but, I can't! Life is too hard. I can't do this anymore, Caleb." Mabel said before quickly ending the call.

Caleb immediately called Mabel. Silence fell between the call.
"Mabel, please talk to me." Caleb said beginning to feel his eyes burn.
"Caleb, please. I'm so tired. I am done with this life." Mabel said carelessly.
"Mabel, please don't say that." Caleb said crying at this point.
"I'm so done, and the more I thought about it, the more I thought Payton was right. The world would be so much easier if I just died. Dylan, wouldn't need to protect me anymore, he would be free from me. You, you would live without the burden of me, breaking up our friendship." Mabel began to ramble.
"Mabel! Stop now!" Caleb yelled through the phone. "WHY?! YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ME!" Mabel said angrily.
"Mabel, if I didn't care, I would have just let you continue to do this. Mabel, you are so oblivious! OMG!" Caleb said calmly yet, sternly.
"What are you talking about? What am I oblivious to?" Mabel said wondering what he actually meant.
"Oh my gosh Mabel! I LOVE YOU! Okay? I have loved you since 7th grade but, I thought you would never love me back so I dated Rachel. I'm so sorry I hurt you. I love you so much, it hurts" Caleb said calmly, slowly realizing he almost lost the person he loved.
"Why didn't you t-tell me?" Mabel said, shocked by what Caleb just said.
"I was afraid you would leave me forever, if i told you how I felt." Caleb said beginning to feel a burning sensation in his eyes.
Mabel began to sob. She had almost killed herself without knowing. She felt awful, thinking about how he would feel. Caleb could hear her sobbing so he started to talk.
"Mabel, you are so perfect because you are so imperfect. I never thought I would say this but, Mabel I have fallen so hard for you. You are the girl I want to marry, the girl I want to hold when she feels low, the girl I want to kiss just to remind her how much I love her. Mabel, I almost lost you today and I never told you, that I love you. I love you so much. I want you to be mine, now, tomorrow, next month, forever!" Caleb said passionately through the tears.
Mabel slowly began to remember all the memories.
"Mabel we need to have a secret code!!" "No, we need to have a secret LANGUAGE!!" "YES!! PERFECT!! Oh my gosh I love you Mabel, you are the best."
Mabel began to talk slowly. "When we were making a secret language and you said I love you, you meant it didn't you?"
"Of course I did Mabel. I have loved you for so long!" Caleb said trying not to cry more.
"Can you please come over?" Mabel said slowly, hoping he says yes.
"I'll be over as fast as I can." Caleb said with a pep in his voice.
3 minutes later.......
Caleb gently knocked on the door, soon backing up. Caleb remembered these doors, never changed. He suddenly remembered this one time, him and Mabel were walking back from the park when, Dylan was standing in front of these doors. He was tapping his foot on the old, tarnished, cherry wood porch. Mabel and Dylan's parents were gone often so, Dylan was the "man" of the house. Dylan has always been super protective around Mabel but, inside he's just a warm teddy bear. Caleb quickly was woken from his daydream when Mabel swung the door open.
Once Mabel opened the door, she ran into Caleb's arms. Caleb had just stood there, inhaling her scent, hoping he never forgets it.
