People always make fun of her and call her names. Some praise her, because she can fight. Others just feel bad for her.

Hana has never had any friends. She doesn't really know how it feels like to have someone to trust and to know that someone always has your back.

Hana experienced depression in her sophomore year of college, when she lost her parents in a car accident. Ever since then, she's been putting a lot of things on herself. She lives with her grandma who she loves, but she has to learn how to make money for herself. But she's never had a job before, and she's not so good with people either.

Hana drove to school one day when she got pulled over due to speeding. Since then, she sold her car, and stopped driving as she just took the bus to school or walked.

Hana signed up to work as a waitress at a café, she got the job and today was her first day of work.

After her classes were over, she rushed to the cafè. She put on her apron, as she picked up the tray from the counter and went to serve them.

Guy: Excuse me.

Hana quickly rushed over.

Guy: One iced coffee please.

Hana: Yes, one minute please.
(She said quickly going behind the counter to make the coffee.)

As she was done, she went towards the guy and as she was about to place it on the table, her hands slipped and it accidentally spilled on him. Hana was shocked, as she quickly got some napkins on the table and tried to wipe it off. It was a good thing that it wasn't hot, or else that would've have been worse. The guy grabbed her wrist, Hana froze and slowly looked up at him.

Guy: It's fine. Don't worry.
(He said getting some napkins to wipe it off himself.)

Hana gave him a weak nervous smile, knowing she was going to get fired.

Hana: I'm really sorry. This is my first day of work.

Guy: It's okay. I totally understand.

Hana looked at him carefully. On the seat next to him was a police jacket. She knew she was screwed.

Hana: I'm really sorry. Please don't arrest me.

The guy looked at her confused. Then he noticed his jacket, as he laughed.

Guy: I won't arrest you, if you give me another iced coffee.

Hana: Yes, I'll go get it right now.
(She said quickly leaving, flustered.)

Hana surprisingly did not loose her job, so she continued working there. The policeman always came there, when it was her working shift. She always tried to be polite as always and try to avoid him, but everytime she accidentally walked by, he would stop her. So she always had to take his order.

Hana always took his order, she had no plan to get closer to him. Until one day, when he asked her to dinner. She was so flustered that she didn't know what to do, since this was the first time for her.

Later that night.

Hana laid down on her bed thinking about it. She didn't know who he was, to be honest she was scared. She was afraid that if she did something wrong he would arrest her or something. So she was unsure of whether she should go or not. But it was probably just dinner. Hana didn't know much, so she just wore regular clothes.

The next day at work.

After her shift was over, the guy took Hana to dinner in his car. It wasn't a police car, and today he wasn't wearing his police uniform. He also wore regular clothes.

He took her to a restaurant, as he ordered steak

He took her to a restaurant, as he ordered steak. Hana was from a middle class family, so she had never had steak or any fancy dish before. She didn't want to get something expensive, so she got a salad with a bread stick.

Guy: Don't be nervous, I'm not a cop today.
(He said smiling at her.)

Hana: Araso.
(She answered nervously.)

Guy: I don't think I have properly introduced myself yet. My name is Jimin. Park Jimin.

Hana: It's nice to meet you, I'm Kim Hana.
(She said finally smiling.)

Jimin and Hana spent some time together at the restaurant for a while, then they both took a walk at a bridge above a river, as they looked out to the night view, feeling the cool night breeze.

Hana: Thank you for today.
(She said as they were walking, as car were passing by.)

Jimin: Ah, it's nothing. I can drop you off.

Hana quickly declined.

Hana: Anniyo. It's okay.
(She said flustered as her eyes widened.)

Jimin was surprised too.

Jimin: Araso.
(He said smiling.)
Then..
(He said hesitantly.)
Can I have your number?
(He asked shyly.)

Hana: Oh, sure.
(She said flustered as she took out her phone.)

Jimin: What are you doing here?
(He asked as his eyes widened.)

***

Hana: I'm sorry. There's a different side you've never seen.

***

Hana: Let go of me.
(She said warning them.)

Soo Ah: Why? Does it hurt?!
(She said smirking, as she held it harder so that it hurt.)

Hana had had enough, as she kicked Soo Ah in the shin, and then elbowed her other two friends who were holding her.
