Princess Magic Series:" The Mate what!!!"

" it's not just you Charlie why don't you understand that" my father keep saying after I told him what happened between Lyric and I.

" She didn't want me so I did what I did" I said before getting a chronic pain shot up my body. I fell to the ground and it hurt so much.

When it ended I was out of breath and it killed so so much.

My father just said " Go to lyric. You feel her pain now. It's the rejection pain".

I surely but slowly got up and was able to walk to the princess wing. When I tried to walk threw it let me but all doors but one vanished to my eyes. Must be Lyrics room.

I slowly walked and knocked on the door. Nothing responded but a sob. Pain rushed threw me again. God I hate feelings some times.

I knocked again and this time Lyric opened the door and said " just go away. You've hurt me enough" before trying to slam the door in my face but I stopped it with my foot.

I just pushed open the door and hugged her but she struggled before eventually giving in and crying on my shoulder. I feel horrible and what's even worse is the pain you feel when your soul mate is in pain.

It feel like someone is ripping your heart out, constantly stabbing it, dropping it on the floor and stepping on it shattering it like glass then picking up all the tiny pieces and then putting it back in your body. It's a horrible feeling.

She cried and cried and cried until she fell asleep in my arms.

When I woke up the next day Lyric was sitting next to me and crying in her hands and I smiled and said " Morning Lyric". She looked up and said with tears still running down her face " Why did you bring me here. Your family hates me". I said "How did you know about that". She just said " I looked out the window. My kingdom has no snow". I reached out and tried to take her hand but she moved it and that really hurt because I wanted Lyric to know that I still have feelings for her in real life and not because of pity.

When she looked at me again she said " Why are you really with me in the first place I am just a". I didn't let her finish by smashing my lips on hers because I do really like her and even thought I am a prince I am a person who doesn't use people. I pulled her on my bed and pulled her closer to me and deepened the kiss and our lips moved in sync and when he pulled apart she said with a smile on her face "You really do love me". I just smiled into as she cuddled into my chest and said " Yes I do".

Lyric sat back in her chair when the nurse walked in and she examined me then she said " Charlie keep an eye on your mate and make sure she doesn't cry a lot again". I was so happy when she said She could leave that I tried to take Lyrics 's hand again and she let me take it. We walked into the hallway to walk to the Great Hall because my father arranged an dinner for something. When we got there I kissed Lyrics cheek and walked to the Our assigned seats. 

I was about to say something to her when my dad said " Silence". Everyone turned to look at him and he said "Now that everyone is paying attention I would like to Announce that this year We are hosting " THE MATE TOURNAMENT". He also said that every newly found mate will compete that are Royals.

Then he said I would like to present the Alyson Swan and Blake Stanson. The door opened and a girl in blue walked down the ail and started sending blue birds to ever guy near her and her mate just looked bored and when Charlie got one but he gave it to a five year old boy that didn't get one. They finished then stood at the front and then Dumbledore said " Now I would like to introduce Harrison Bennet and Angela Crossbow of "Crossbow Nights" When they came in the first girl that came in I recognized as " Angela Crossbow" the eldest daughter of the person that runs the land.

When they started to do their performance Angela did a no hands cartwheel then into a back flip, then she used her magic wand to create an fire martial arts challenge and Harrison did it too and her flipped thought it as it was nothing and at the end Angela was able to do a flying side kick then in mid air turn to do a back flip. When she was done everyone clapped.
