Re-forming of a Peridot

Omniscient POV

With a bright flash a gem is brought back into an earthly reality.
Peridot reforms ready to fight some clods but finds only silence. Her sense of time since being poofed is clearly not great. It's been nearly 3 days.
She surveys the room and concludes her gem seemed to have been resting on a pillow atop Stevens' bed. Next to her pillow is another one holding a dark blue teardrop...lapis of course. She smiles meekly.
Well there's no use in sitting around here, she mutters to herself as she goes off to find some kind of clue as to where everyone went. She walks out the door and looks towards beach city although the door isn't doing much considering there's a giant arm shaped hole through the side of the home now. But we digress.
When Peridot finally makes it back down to the city it's a ghost town. No one in site or ear shot (And she shouted VERY loud). She walked around the beach throwing cans and finding a sense of peace in her reality. She had no idea where everyone was...well the humans all ran away. And for good reason as far as she was concerned, they stood no chance against a diamond. But Steven and the other crystal gems. She hadn't found any gem shards, thank the stars. So she felt they were okay, plus her and lapis had been left on the bed so certainly they had found some way to escape or reason with them or something. Reason with them? She laughed at her own thought. Reason with a diamond? Blue maybe but there's no way they could get though to yellow. Although after knowing Steven, Peridot found it tough to know what was impossible anymore.
Peridot finally walked back into the old firmiliar gem home. Lapis still laying on the bed.
She crouched beside the TV stand and started going through a stack of DVDs and stopped abruptly at the sight of 'Camp pinning Hearts: The movie'. She ripped away the plastic and opened the case to get the DVD...she had gotten very good at such trivial human tasks and norms. As the movie started she nuzzled against the bed, exahusted from her long walk around town but still brimming with curiosity about word of the gems and excitement for the new film adaption of her favorite show!
