*opens door to see Y/N*
Namjoon: OMG What happened!!!
Taehyung: Who's at the door?! You woke me up!!!
Namjoon: Get Jin, Y/N doesn't look her best!!!!!

I followed Y/N to make sure she's ok and I saw someone took her into their home after she knocked on their door. I think she'll be ok, so I'll check on her tomorrow.
