Hyung, promise me you'll have a good time and do whatever you love, even after I die.

Jirae looks up and slowly stood up. He stares toward the gray sky that is present at today's cloudy day. It's 4 in the evening and had sat in front of a tombstone. The tombstone of someone who is dear to him, as suddenly he starts to feel tiny droplets falls from the sky.

"It's probably nothing." He mumbled, but those droplets quickly turned into a heavy rain.

"Well shit, mother nature. Thanks for being so subtle." Jirae took a quick final look at the tombstone and starts running towards the car that he rode to the cemetery and as soon as he has a roof to guard himself from the pouring rain, a glimpse of memory suddenly resurfaced.

"Hyung.. what.. are.. you.. doing???" Barae looked down towards Jirae, in a face of disgust. Jirae looked up towards his younger brother, an innocent smile plastered on his face. He reached out for Barae's nose and touched it, followed by a laugh that resounded afterwards.

"You look like you just did your nose." Jirae remarked, and made Barae to slap his older brother's cheek. It's rude, but it's normal for the Kim brothers.

"You're mean!" Jirae pouted. He reached out for his brother's colored hair and started to pull it, but Barae managed to avoid. His older brother is so childish, but he couldn't help himself but to laugh at how cute it is.

"I'm taking this off. What even is this?" Barae took off his unicorn headband, and placed it right at Jirae's eyes, to prevent him from seeing.

"Get up! I'm gonna get some snacks. Since mom seems busy with dad, I think we're gonna go cook or just eat snacks." Barae explained shortly, pushing his brother away from his lap. Jirae stayed at the sofa for a while, took off the headband and checked on his group chat with the 3 other boys in his debut team, Accent'D. He replied to their text, seemingly done with the members of Accent'D. Occasionaly, Jirae cursed. What did the members do to make him pissed?

"Seongmin, I fucking swear to God." Jirae was about to reply to the texts again, but suddenly a loud noise resounded from the kitchen. It caused his parents to walk out from their room.

"Jirae, who was that?" Asked his father, as he walked towards the kitchen. Jirae later answered while carried on texting.

"Barae said he wanted to get some snacks."

He expected his parents to just keep calm beacuse his younger brother was just going to grab a snack. But he was wrong. He heard his mother screamed on top of her lungs. Jirae placed his cellphone on the table, to follow up with his parents, just to see a body with hair as white as the snow, lying down lifeless. His eyes were shut and when the father checked, no pulse or anything.

"Jirae, call the ambulance!"

Present time

He watches the rain pours from his vehicle window, and soaking the street, the grass, even his brother's tombstone. Jirae props his head to his left arm, remembering all the things that had happened before other than Barae's passing.

"After that I quit Rising Star." He said to himself. It's not like anyone were up to listening anyway. He suddenly remembered the time when he was saying his final goodbyes to the members of Accent'D and his goodbye to the agency. He remembered the day when he left and stopped doing anything musical for a long time.

"Hey, hey squirell!"

"Shut up! I- I hate being called that."

The 3 remaining members of Accent'D witnessed their pianist, standing at the corner, sobbing and munching a cob of corn. Doreom, who had been with Jirae since the beginning of trainee time was the one who walked closer than the other two. He did this because he thought that it would be a great idea to just talk to someone who had been with you at the long haul. It was Jirae's last day at Rising Star, and things were really emotional during that time. He decided to tell his decision to the agency and they all respected that. Unfortunately, he was not allowed to say goodbye properly because they expected him to leave the agency the same day he requested to quit.

"We heard about you quiting and their wish to make you leave as soon as you decided to quit. Man I got to say that's fucked up." Doreom, the leader, remarked. Seongmin, the lead guitar, nodded in agreement.

"Yeah like, you don't even have the chance to say goodbye. You won't be seeing Jangmi ever again." Seongmin added.

"Fuck that. I just wanted to get out of here. The sooner the better." He looked towards the drum set. The same drum set that Barae used to play during their practice time.

"We're sorry about your loss. Barae was everything to us as well. He taught us on how to live our life and look at where we are now. We'll miss him." Hajoon, the bassist, chimmed in. Jirae was still munching the corn, not wanting to turn his back to the other members.

"The fans will miss him as well. He was so kind to him." Jirae didn't say anything towards the comments that the members had made to his late brother. Maybe eating while being stressed is something to try on. It's slow but it calmed him down, eventually.

"Thanks, guys." Jirae said, turned his back and faced the members.

"Come here!" Doreom and the other started to give a group hug. One final group hug.
