Chapter 6-Home alone

Once i was inside i locked the door and went to my bathroom.I decided i would take a shower so i went and got new clothes.I got in the shower and washed my hair and body.I got out and dried off and put my clothes on and then dried my hair.I put it in a fishtail braid and grabbed my phone and went downstairs.Once i was downstairs i was hungry so i went to the kitchen.I got out a can of soup and warmed it up.I ate the soup at the table.Once i was done i washed the dishes and went and watched some t.v.

ONE HOUR LATER

I was still watching t.v.I was watching the fosters when all of the sundon there was a loud knock on the door.I got up and slowly walked to the door.I looked through the peephole to see brandon standing there and he said

B:KAYLA I KNOW YOUR IN THERE COME OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW!!!!!

.I quickly pulled out my phone and called nash.

It rang and he picked up.

N:Hello

K:Nash brandons at my door!

N:Okay im getting my dad and were coming over stay in the house okay

K:Okay thank you

N:Your welcome bye

K:Bye

I sat a the door and in a couple of minutes i heard shouting from outside the door.

Mr.G:Im sorry but shes not here right now so please leave

B:NO IM NOT LEAVING TILL SHE COMES OUT I KNOW SHES IN THERE

Mr.G:LOOK SON JUST LEAVE

B:NO SHE IS MINE AND I SWEAR WHEN I GET HER SHE WONT BE ABLE TO LEAVE SEE ANYONE AGAIN.

N:LOOK SHE DOESNT LOVE YOU ANYMORE.SHE BROKE UP WITH YOU.SHES DONE.AND I SWEAR IF YOU LAY A FINGER ON HER EVERY BONE IN YOUR BODY WILL BE BROKEN

I smiled to myself because nash was so protective of me.I heard a loud bang and my smile faded.

What was that.

I stode up and looked out the window to see the police hand couffing brandon.I seen nash and he had a cut lip and a bruised cheek.Brandon on the other hand had no marks.Once he was in the car i ran outside to nash.

K:Nash oh my god im so sorry.

I put my hand on his face.

N:Its okay as long as your okay

I smiled and hugged him.

K:Thank you nash

I looked up at mr.Grier and said

K:Thank you Mr.Grier

Mr.G:Your welcome I dont think he will be back soon.

I grabbed nash's hand and brought him to our kithen.I grabbed a rag and drenched it in hot water and walked back over to nash.I started to wipe his bloody lip.When it was clean i went to the frezzer and got out an ice pack.I went and put it on nash's cheek.He jumped at the coldness and said

N:Thank you

K:Your welcome

We were looking into each others eyes.His eyes are beautiful.I looked away and blushed.

K:Wanna go watch some tv.

N:Sure

He grabbed my hand iv looked down at our hands.He linked our hands together and i blushed a deeper red.I hope its not clear to nash that i like him.I held his hand and took him to the livingroom.We sat down on the couch and started to watch tv.

ONE HOUR LATER

We were watching tv when nash's phone vibrated.

N:Hey my mom need both of us over at the house.

K:Okay

I turned everthing off and went to nash.We went outside and i locked the door.We walked over to his house and went into the door.

Mrs.G:Okay nash hayse get ready for lacross practice and kayla i need you to get skylnn from her room i have lunch ready for her in the kitchen.

K:Alright

I looked over to see nash smiling at me.I smiled back.His buise went down but his lip was still cut.I went to skylnn's room to see her playing with barbie dolls.I walked over to her and said.

K:Hey sky what are you doing

S:Playing with my dolls.

K:Oh well your mom made lunch for you in the kitchen.

S:Okay

She got up and happily went to the kitchen
