Sky's POV

Lucifer takes me into this large room with a slightly raised stage with a microphone, we get up on the stage and wait for his pack members to come in, they start filling the room while giving me curious glances and quietly whispering to each other, " be quiet now, I have called you in for one of the biggest announcements you will ever hear and it is that I have met my mate, Sky Collins, and I wish that we could do the Luna ceremony right now but we can't because my mate has important things to do and think about before becoming Luna without further delay she will be giving a speech" "hello and it's nice to meet you, I'm sorry I can't be you Luna now but I have to keep my mind set on my priorities and if you think I will be a Luna that cooks and cleans then you stand incorrect because I hate cleaning and I'm terrible at cooking, I'm more of an alpha type so I'm sorry but I will be myself whether you like it or not" I say confidently looking at the pack and glancing at Lucifer clench his jaw and tightly fist his hand out of anger every now and then, I let out a scoff "if you don't want me to be Luna I won't be" I say to Lucifer "what are you talking about?" He says getting angry and frustrated "I can tell all you want is a submissive mate and you can tell I won't be, sorry to disappoint but honestly I won't change for anyone other than myself" as I say the last part I hear the pack clap "finally someone confident" I hear from the pack with a few "you'll be good to us" and I walk out confidently with my pride, leaving Lucifer with his pride shattered in front of the pack.
