Jughead was shaking he was walking. He walked because he was so nervous if he drove he would get mistaken as a drunk driver or get into a car crash. He walked up to the stairs of his mother in law. She opened the door already expecting him. "Come in Jones," she said. He stepped into the house taking a seat where ever he wanted him. "How are you ms cooper?" He asked. "I've been good. Jones. We both know why your here... My husband killed my daughter and 4 others... Betty's always been pressured her whole life. Suffered from depression for so long and got her heart broken by that boy next door. Consider this a warning you hurt her I will become a murder like her father. I will kill you bitch" Alice spat. Jughead gulp nodding wanting to laugh that she even called him a bitch.
Betty came down in a pink dress. "You ready juggie?" She smiled for there the first date at pops. "More than ever... And I will and I only need one warning. " he smiled at her mom who smiled.
Now he was repeating the first part. Walking up the same front stair steps. A door opening to a 7 year older Alice Smith who had a smile and greeting arms. She invited him in happy he was here to visit while Betty was in New York at Veronica babyshower he didn't want to go because "work" but in all honesty, it was to be here.
"Why are you here?" She asked.
"You raised Betty only basically. She has been through hell. Her dad put her through a lot of pain. Her best friend broke her heart. Her other best friends turned there's back so much on her. Her boyfriend going the serpent without telling her. She had a miscarriage. She was pressured so much in life to become something amazing.. she been through it" jughead listed. "Without any protect which brings me here. My dad left you with chic and on you're own. And I don't want to even leave Betty even if we don't have a baby together... She's amazing and I'm proud of what she has become and what she has not. She is someone I need and wants to protect... Forever. Which brings me here. Can I have you're blessing
to ask you're a daughter for her hand in marriage?" He asked. She smiled nodding crying. "She deserves this" she sniffed looking down at her wedding ring. She took it off giving it to him. "My marriage wasn't good but this ring was my mother that he got from her before she passed... I want my daughter to have it" she sniffed hugging jughead. Jughead hugged her back smiling large. He wanted to bounce up and down excited.
Betty and jughead sat there in the center of a long long table full with friends and family. She was in a beautiful wedding dress smiling big and jughead in a tux smiling holding his wife hand. Her mom stoof up "For years I told jughead to consider it a warning. Betty had a hard life and the night he told me that he wanted to marry her. Finally after so many years. He married her and protect her and keeps her happy... He took my warning and make so much out of it and the only time I had to warn him was the first date. Thank you jughead for making my small threat warning into all seriousness and made my betty a happy wife. But consider this you're new warning. If you're to ever split may it be on good terms and I hope you find each other again because you deserve it. " she smiled. And everyone clapped. "Or else I'll murder you bitch" she laugh sitting making everyone laugh.
