Finding an ally

When I lifted my heavey eyelids I was met with a butterfly on my snout. I stare at it for a moment, Its pretty blue wings were flapping slowly and its tiny body was just standing on me without a care in the world. 

After staring at it,  I took in a deep breathe then letted it out with a heavy sigh which makes the butterfly fly away. As I am slowly lifting my body off the ground I feel a sharp pain on my side.

"Oh right", the claw mark from the beast was still there. It healed but it was still bare. "I'll just heal it faster" I say to myself.  

Luckliy I had a "Okay" rest. If I did not I may have not been able to use my horn. I focus some of my energy to my horn and I feel the cool sensation of my magic flow into it. Then after It goes to my horn I focus It to go on my body  specifically my left side.

"Now this is going to hurt", the cool sensation goes to my side and starts healing, but the thing is it was closing the wound and that's what made it hurt like crazy. I bend down and start whimpering. "Ugh" at least it couldn't be worse. 

When healed I step out of the cave and look at my surroundings, when the protecters told us never to go in these woods I wondered why. Its not like anythings wrong here. Its just a normal forest.

I turn my head side to the side making sure that the close is clear. I finally get to realise this heavy sigh thats been in me for so long. 

I wonder if I should go back to the kingdom to check if their is anyone else?, No I shake my head thats to risky. Mother and father didn't save me to get captured. A tear slips out my eye. Why did it have to happen to us? we did nothing wrong. Even though I was born in the royal family I still don't know who would betray us.

I start walking deeper into the woods, I don't know what to do I look down. I still can't belive that the protectors got taken down. They've beaten the beast's before so why know do they beat us. 

The more I walked the more I wanted to give up, and lose hope that I'll find help. Sunddenly I hear a cry. "SOMEONE HELP UGH LET GO OF ME YOU MAGEY MUTT!". It sounded like a mare. I rush to find that horse but when I see her situation I hide behind a tree. She was indeed a horse but she was a pony. 

What would the beasts want with her she just a normal horse. There was 2 beasts snapping at her to keep moving. I need to help her, But how can I do it without getting caught ethier. Then thats when a idea apperead in my head. 

I slowly approach the beasts behind, I was just inches behind them. I was surpised that they couldn't smell me yet. But I needed to be quick with this. I force a spell to come in my mind that could help me. I got it, I stop and breathe in. CRACK. Opps to bad for being sneaky. The beasts turn around slowly. As soon as they saw me they quickly turned from bored to hungry.

"Well look what we have here" said the one on the right.

"Yeah I think we finally found something to return to the king","And you smell that, The left one said licking his teeth.

"Yeah she smell's like she has alot of power", You must be important said the one on the right.

"Yeah you want to see" I say stepping back. They both laugh but at the same time start walking to me.

I take a deep breathe and consatrait on my power, and before I know it I created a huge orb on my horn. "Come and get me I smirk".

They both stop in their tracks and look at each other. I didn't wait for them to get an idea to stop me I brought the orb right into there faces. They didn't even have time to react before they both turn into ashes.

I sigh and look at the pony I saved. This time I got a good look at her. She had brown fur and dark brown hair with green eye's. She was just a normal pony like I thought. 

"Are you ok"? I ask while walking toward her. Her face in complete shock it almost made me want to laugh.

"Yeah Im fine, and are you fine I mean not like you look hurt but you did save my life" she sputter's.

"Yeah im fine" I smile.

She takes a deep breathe and sigh's it out. "Thank you miss"?

"Oh its aiko" I say.

"Nice to meet you and thanks again"

"Of course you are a horse after all and horses have to stick together". " If you don't mid me asking how did you get in that situation?

She looks down, "me and my family was getting out from the attack but my parents didn't make it". "So it was just me and my sister but we got chased by some beast's and I left her in the woods so that she could be safe while I distract the beast's but as you saw I got captured". "I do hope shes ok".

"Me too" I say quietly. there was a few mintues of slience before she broke the slince. 

" How did you get excape princess".

I stare at her in shock, how did you know I ask.

"It's obvious" she smiles.

"How?" I ask cocking my head to the side.

"You were just talking to the beasts and they said that you were maybe a royal plus no normal unicorn could know how to make that big of an orb without having a teacher to help them with it".

I laugh nervously "make sense".

Lets talk while walking I told her.

Ok she argeed.

Well me and my mother was talking about the legends of the humans, and thats when hell broke lose I told her. We both heard a huge bang. It was coming from outside. So when I galloped to the window I saw every house In the kingdom in flames. 

So thats when I ran to my father, He and my mother quickly got me and told the soilders to block the enterance's. We ran out of the castle but the whole place was surranded. My mother used her alicorn magic and my dad used his strong unicorn magic. 

We got out of that situation but thats when we ran into the king of beasts. 

She gasped, "The king of beasts what was he like"?

He was scary, he had a huge scar on his blind left eye and he was bigger than all the other beasts. He attacked my father and mother but they were able to fight him but he was to strong. 

I was almost about to be captured too but thats when my grandmother striked at him. She told me to run. But I just couldn't My voice croaks. And before I knew it he was ready to pounce on me but my grandmother took the hit and the king ripped out her thoart right in front of me.A tear slips out of my eye.

"Hey you don't have to tell me anymore princess" she said.

"Thanks" I looked up at her.

I shake the tears off my face, "im sorry we haven't been formally introduced, Im princess Aiko.

"And Im Liza horseshoe" she smiled

I was about to break, she saw me tying to hold back my laughter. 

"Go on laugh" She rolled her eyes

"No no" I giggled. "Im sorry but its just so random".

"Well I didn't pick it" she huffed, "but princess all jokes aside what are we going to do now".

I look around me then look down, "I don't know thats what im trying to figure out".

OMG SORRY THIS IS SHOET I WAS IN A RUSH AMING THIS LOL AND I AM SO BAD AT MAKING LONG CHAPTERS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YEA.
