After the first encounter meeting the guy whom I just always heard of (Guy A), I was terribly motivated to meet him again. But once again, what you wanted never turned out exactly the way you wanted. So, another challenge comes into my life. If I want to be closed to him, I need to go to a place where there are monsters everywhere. It haunts me badly and I actually hated that idea and question myself again and again whether I want to do it or not.
Before going any further, I majored in Physics, precisely in theoretical physics. And I was not a genius like my other colleagues. The thing that is famous around people in my major is that we've been judged like a bunch of young professors. All average physics students always come to that place to get study from seniors who master in quantum physics or any other advanced physics subjects, especially to the one I avoid the most, Guy B. He's like their tribal chief in the tribal society. He's like a symbol of 'T-Lab' aka 'Theoretical Laboratory', a lab where monsters actually lived in. Maybe that place won't be existed without him in the universe. Or maybe the curse that makes T-lab inhabitants, ouu I think I hate the word inhabitants, okay we will call it T-lab inmates, stayed single for a long-time period is exactly because of his existence. And I was told about that rule that there is no love in T-lab as long as the chief is still alive.
When you step into that lab, I feel like I'm in the Hogwarts. I'm just kidding :P. It felt like a prison with L-type room. The lab is so small, maybe it's just enough for four-five people in order to be productive but with a bunch of T-lab inmates, I doubt it. Trust me, you won't ever be fascinated with the lab. Because there's no lab flasks or a weird gas coming from coloring fluid or even any high-tech amazing robot or a full of hot good-looking guys in it. I was thinking maybe the lab is never been taken care of because 90 percent of people who come and leave that place are guys or it's intentionally designed like you were in the 80s century to prevent its originality. They don't have many equipment or tools except PCs, papers, pens, markers and of course the whiteboard. The only thing that attracts me the most is just a new printer, spotted in the center like the most precious thing ever. Thanks to it, my final thesis project is completed, and I graduated so I don't need to pay extra money to print those papers.
Guy B is so friendly, but 'being friendly' to me is just like a loan sharks. Not that typical person who chased you to get the money from you, alright? I encounter him a lot, like I wish I had Doraemon's go-to-anywhere magic door so I can run away when almost run into him. Every time we talk, he would remind me to go to T-lab, which my conscious mind would absolutely reject it automatically. The problem is that I was too afraid of meeting the real queen, the only bee-queen in there, KS. Well, she was so famous around us when I was in the first year trying to survive from the senior orientation. And I met her again as she was my lab-assistant. She was such a killer. No lab student can do the experiment if they can't answer her questions. Fortunately, I can, but my lab's partner is being kicked out of the room after two hours trial.
I actually like to badmouth Guy B around my best friend because I find him a bit annoying. Or I ask my friend to get away from there when he's around. So I was playing cat and mouse for a while. And the effect is that my friend has those perceptions on her mind and it causes a huge disaster for me later.
It's been two weeks since I'm not avoiding T-lab because I'm surviving, trying to adapt with the environment and looking for opportunity to watch Guy A, but actually he's not coming. But I optimistically believe he will come. Besides, I was trying to join T-lab inmate's habit. So I spent most of my time in that lab, wandering around, playing cards, trying to know them better. And I think I could not get any progress if I'm just keeping that secret on my own. So alert coming, I need help.
So Guy B is actually Guy A's most best friend among the other T-lab Inmates. I don't know exactly what the things that lead me talk about it, but I was sure I'm good at placing the situation the way I want without being busted. So we exchange information. I told Guy B if I like his friend, Guy A and coincidentally he said that he also likes my friend too. And I wasn't expecting the entire time when we run into each other, he's actually trying to get closer to me in order to get closer to my friend, RV. But do you know what he said to me about liking Guy A?
"It's merely impossible!"
