Chapter 12

"What do you want to watch? the conjuring or insidious chapter 2?" Aaron asked. Shit. I was sitting at the top of the bed with my back against the headboard. Everybody decided on the conjuring but I stayed silent. Aaron out in the movie and I closed my eyes to try and control my breathing. I felt the bed move then an arm around my waist. I opened my eyes and came face to piercing blue ones.

"Don't worry babe. I'll protect you." Nash said. Dammit. There's the word babe again. My heart fluttered and I got butterflies in my stomach as he said it. I nodded my head and gave him a slight appreciative smile. Taylor got up and cut the lights off so the room was almost completely dark. The only light was from the tv. Instantly, I got closer to Nash and put my head on his chest while my arms made their way around his torso. He's pretty comfy. The movie started and I was already terrified. Each time something scary happened or a loud sound was made I jumped and closed my eyes why burying my face into Nash's chest. He would chuckle but then continue watching the movie. When the movie was over Crystal turned the lights back on. I sat up and grabbed my phone to check the time. It was only 9:27pm.

"Don't we have a meet and greet tomorrow?" I asked no one in particular.

"No. We have a free day to do whatever." Dillon said. I nodded my head to show I heard him.

"Do you guys want to watch another movie?" Carter asked. everybody said yeah except me. I knew he was going to put in another scary movie just to annoy me.

"Okay. We have the possession or devil." He said. Of course they chose the possession and of course he cut the lights off again. I felt an arm snake around my waist and pull me closer to them. I laid my head on their chest and took a big breathe. I knew it was Nash still from the smell of his cologne. We cuddled and once again I was terrified. Every time something scary happened or there was a loud sound I buried my face in his chest like the last movie. Half way through the movie I was feeling tired. I shut my eyes then felt sleep take over my body.

I woke up to the sun shining through the window. I opened my eyes and realized I fell asleep on Nash's chest. I looked up and saw that he was still here and I was still in the same position I fell asleep in. I say up, careful not to wake him, and checked the time. It was 9:53am. I decided to get up and get ready for today. I grabbed my toothbrush, shower stuff, hair brush, flat iron, blow dryer, and my outfit for the day and walked into the bathroom. I locked the door then put everything on the counter. I brushed my teeth then started my shower. After finding the perfect temperature I got undressed the hopped in. I washed my body and hair then shaved. After I had dried off I put in my undergarments then plugged in my flat iron so it could heat up. I continued getting dressed. By the time I was finished I could do my hair so I blow dried my hair the rest of the way then straightened it. I forgot my makeup in my bag so I made my way back out into the room to find only Mahogany and Ally awake.

"Damn. These people like I sleep." I joked. We all laughed as I grabbed my makeup bag and walked back to the bathroom. I shut the door again and pulled out what I was using. I put on some concealer and foundation then did a thin like of eyeliner and some mascara. I finished it off with my EOS strawberry sorbet lip balm then examined myself in the full body mirror. My outfit consisted of denim high waisted shorts, a white muscle tee that said 'selfie' on it with a red bandeau underneath, paired with a pair of red and white vans and a black beanie. I decided to wear my ray bans with clear lenses or, like my mom calls them, my 'nerd' glasses. I was impressed. I looked pretty good today. I gathered my things and walked out to see everybody awake. I put my things back the sat criss-cross on the bed and went in twitter. Nash went to his room to get ready. Everybody else got ready and us girls wanted to go to the mall. I opened the group chat and asked the others if they wanted to go. Everybody said yes so we all met down in the lobby. I grabbed my credit card my mom had given me last year and my phone and shoved them into my pockets. We met down there then took the limo to the mall. I got out first and walked in with Mahogany. We decided to go to Forever 21 first. All of the other girls came with us. We just talked as we walked there since it was on the other side of the mall. Mahogany and I were talking when I realized something.

"I just realized that everybody has at least said one word to me except Matt." I said.

"I'm sure it's nothing. Don't stress over it." She said. I took her advice and pushed the thought to the back of my mind.
