By the time I've learned
How to stay alone
And spend time with myself
For myself
I've started to treat myself as I wanted other people to treat me.
I speak to myself with the kindness I need
I argue with myself with the respect I've never had
I touch myself with love because I know I deserve it.
I've started loving myself again
All alone
Because I understood that I'm already completed
I need no one but myself.
Col tempo ho imparato
A stare da sola
E passare il tempo con me
Per me
Ho iniziato a trattarmi come volevo che le altre persone mi trattassero.
Mi parlo con la gentilezza di cui ho bisogno
Litigo con me stessa col rispetto che non ho mai avuto
Mi tocco con amore perché so che me lo merito.
Ho iniziato ad amarmi di nuovo
Tutta sola
Perché ho capito che sono già completa
Non ho bisogno di nessun altro a parte me stessa.
