I always wanted to write a science fiction fantasy story, but my logical brain made it impossible to pen down my ideas.
It is indeed ONC Season, what's better than this time to try my luck with my favourite genre, right?
Also, I saw many people creating the "hype" by publishing title and cover before in hand, so why not?
