Chapter 10

*ARIANAS POV*

Eeeeek! In only 10 more minutes I would be in Melbourne meeting Jai. This is the moment I have been waiting for, for almost over two months. I wanted this moment to be perfect.

As I walked off the plane and outside the gates, I saw Jai. His smile only made my day 100x better. He walked straight up to me and wrapped his arms around me.

"Hey beautiful" he said

I had tears in my eyes and went in for a kiss. This is the moment I had been waiting for. For almost two months I have been talking to the most amazing guy you could ever meet and now I have actually met him, better yet kissing him! It felt special, it felt right.

After we had finished none of us spoke. We just stood there looking at each other, smiling.

"So this is what I've been missing out on for the last few months" He chuckled

"I guess so" I bit my lip hugged him tight.

*JAIS POV*

What did I just do. Did I just ruin things with both Ariana and Jessie? Yes I love both of them and yes that kiss did feel right, but that kiss could've just ruin things for everyone.

I have two weeks here in Melbourne with Ariana and I have to make sure that none of these kisses happen again. I didn't know what to say, I just said the first thing that came to mind.

"So this is what I've been missing out on for the last few months"

It was true, I had dreamt of this moment ever since I first saw her on my Instagram feed. This moment was special and I wanted it to last forever.

"So where to first?" I asked her

"Take me to your favourite place," she replied.

I thought for a while. Where was my favourite place? I finally remembered. I remembered the place where I go when i'm upset, when I need to think. The place nobody knows about, nobody besides me.

*ARIANAS POV*

We finally pulled up somewhere. We were at a McDonald's.

"So this... is your favourite place in all of Melbourne?" I asked

Jai laughed, "You hold up missy, I just have to get a few things. You wait right here"

He ran into the store but was back out in what felt like a few seconds. He was holding something behind his back. He asked me to close my eyes as he put whatever he got into the boot of his car.

We were back on the road for around 20 minutes until we arrived at his favourite destination. Jai held my hand as he walked me out if his car. He grabbed the surprise out of his boot, which was in fact a picnic basket. I looked around at my surroundings. We were at a small little park.

"Are we here now?" I giggled as I asked

"Not quite" He grinned

He led me down through the park until we reached a massive hedge.

"I can see why you love to come he-"

"Shhhhh" Jai cut me off as he pulled a part of the hedge to the side.

Through the hedge there was a small man made path, made by Jai probably. It was about a 2 minute walk through a beautiful forest until we actually arrived at Jais favourite place.

"I think this is my new favourite place on earth" I said

Jai chuckled.

It was beautiful, there was a lovely and relaxing water stream right next to a field of roses. He picked one and handed it to me.

"For you" he said with his dreamy eyes

The view was honestly incredible. You had city views as well as the beautiful countryside scenery.

"It's absolutely beautiful" I said

"Well I guess it's a lot like you then"

He really knows how to make a girl feel special I thought. Jai set up a picnic blanket on the hill and pulled out some McDonald's.

"I know it's no fancy restaurant but it's the best I can do" He said

I giggled and went and sat down next to him.

*JAIS POV*

"I know it's no fancy restaurant but it's the best I can do" I said

What did I just do. I just used the exact same line and food as I did on mine and Jessie's first date. But this isn't a date. Is it? No it can't be. And if it is, this is a repeat of mine and Jessie's date. What am I doing!

Ariana smiled at me with her ever so beautiful smile. I went in to grab her hand. It was nice. We were sitting there, watching the sunset, holding hands. She started to lean on my shoulder just as my phone started to buzz. It was a private caller.

"Excuse me" I smiled at Ariana

I walked over to a place near the water where Ariana wouldn't hear me.

"Hello?"

"Jai it's me! Where are you! I haven't heard from you all day and I was just wondering if you were okay."

"Yeah Jessie I'm fine, just out filming a video with the boys. How are you?"

*JESSIES POV*

"Yeah Jessie I'm fine, just out filming a video with the boys. How are you?"

"Just Fine..." I say as I hang up and hand Luke's phone back over to him.

Just Fine.

"Thank you for letting me use your phone Luke, bye guys i'm leaving now" I say to the boys as I leave.
