This novella was a combined effort of my dear friend Chris and myself that originally came about as a desire to tell a story that would change the way people looked at the world and those around them. With Chris serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he had limited time to write, though I was happy to pick up the slack in writing and editing the story we dreamt of telling.
At times it became especially difficult, and even painful to write so frankly about something that matters so much to me, but in the end it was truly a labor of love. Rather than take this book to a traditional publisher Chris and I decided we wanted Chance's story to be free for all to read, anywhere in the world. For that reason we've decided to publish it here on Wattpad and on my author webpage www.JoanJBell.com where it will remain forever available to all.
