The bus came to a halt at it's next stop, it had been around 40 minutes since it left the square. It stopped and the doors opened with a huff, out came an android holding a box from Bellini Paints. It walked down the pavement a few steps then turned into a large driveway and walked up the slope that lead to a large house, where it lived, or rather where it's master lived. It walked up to the door and walked inside, a robotic female voice spoke. It wasn't coming from a specific source. "Alarm deactivated. Welcome home Namjoon," The voice said, welcoming the android into the building. The android moved to a table in the large entrance of the eccentric house and placed the box on top of it, glancing into the mirror resting above it. It saw it's generic black hair and stern, emotionless face. After a brief moment, it moved to the stairs, going up. There was a machine attached to the wall meant for wheelchair use.

Namjoon walked right, then through a door. It slid open then revealed a large indoor balcony that outlined the room. In the center, there were large skeletons of creators hanging from the ceiling, a living room area down below along with a piano and a dining room table with few chairs, and a giraffe sculpture, and many books. Namjoon took a left and walked down the balcony to another door on the left, it slid open revealing a bedroom. There was someone in the bed who appeared to be sleeping. Wake up SoJi.  The android walked to the large window and pled the large curtains to the side, the sun rushed in. The person sleeping let out a small groan and sat up, it was an old man. "Good morning, Soji," Namjoon said, a smile finally appeared on it's face. "Goodmorning," The old man said and looked at Namjoon.

"It's 10 AM, the weather is partly cloudy, 54 degrees, 80% probability humidity with a strong possibility of afternoon showers," Namjoon said, standing by the window. The old man leaned back against the pillow again. "Sounds like a good day to spend in bed," He said peacefully. Namjoon just walked over to Soji, standing by the side of the bed, "I did pick up your package," the android said. Soji looked up at it, "I wish I could remember things like you Namjoon...That's the difference between you and me, I'm always forgetting things..." Soji said somberly. Namjoon knelt beside him, taking medication from the bedside table. "Show me your arm, please," Namjoon instructed and assembled that small medical device for administering the medicine. "No!" Soji said bluntly. Namjoon looked at him like a mother would look at their misbehaving child. "Soji.." The old man sighed before letting the android have access to his arm. Namjoon administered the medication. "Human's are so fragile..." Soji said, "They break down so quickly..."

Namjoon stood up and brought over a wheelchair for Soji, it helped the old man into the chair. "All this effort to keep them going, and for what?" Soji continued as Namjoon pushed him out of the room and to the stairs. Namjoon didn't have an answer for Soji's questions. Once the two were downstairs, Namjoon pushed Soji into the downstairs area of the large room and towards the dining room table, parking him in front of a set table place. "I'll be right back with your breakfast," The android went into the kitchen and grabbed a tray that it had set up earlier and brought it out. "Wait.." Soji examined his android, "Your clothes are a bit dirty..what happened?" Namjoon placed the tray on the table, placing a plate of food in front of Soji. "Oh nothing, just some  people on the streets," Namjoon explained and Soji understood, "Think they can change anything by roughing up a few androids??" Soji questioned as he tucked into his meal. Namjoon nodded then just stood there. "Why don't you go do something fun while I finish," Soji said, Namjoon smiled then walked away. What to do? It walked over to the piano, sitting down. It placed it's fingers on the keys and started playing a soft, happy melody.

A few minutes into the song, Soji rolled by Namjoon's side. "You play differently then you used to," The man said and listened. Namjoon stopped, "How so?" Namjoon asked. Soji looked at his feet, "Someday I'll be gone, and you'll be by yourself, make your own decisions" Soji changed the subject. Namjoon stared at him. Soji realized that Namjoon wouldn't understand what he was getting at, though he wished it did. "Let's go to the studio," Soji started wheeling himself towards a door, Namjoon followed. They walked through a sliding door and into the studio, Soji was an artist and did a lot of painting in his spare time. Paintings, big and small decorated the lights room, paintbrushes and colored splatters dirtied the room. Soji never asked Namjoon to clean it since he said it gave the room character.

The painting Soji was working on now was almost the size of the wall, it was very big and very blue. An explosion of sadness, creating a gorgeous depiction of a man. Soji attached his chair to a machine so it could lift him up and he could reach the top of his painting. Soji stopped his hand after a few brushes and came down, looking at his painting from a different perspective. "What do you think Namjoon?" Soji asked and sat next to the android. It stared at the painting, "There is something about it, something I can't..." It cocked it's head. "quite define. I guess I like it," Soji turned to face Namjoon, "Let's see if you have any talent..." Soji said, "Give it a try, try painting something..." He gestured over to a canvas, ready to be used. "Paint?? But- paint what?" Namjoon questioned.

"Anything you want! Give it a try, go on," Soji insisted and handed Namjoon a palette. Namjoon smiled a little and took the palette, it walked over to the canvas and thought for a moment. The android looked around for inspiration. It started painting, after a bit, it finished and moved aside. Soji got closer, "That is a perfect copy of the desk beside you, of reality... I need something from the heart, something original. something you see Namjoon," Namjoon processed what Soji had just said. "Use that canvas over there and start over. Namjoon obeyed and replaced the used canvas with a clean one. "Now close your eyes..just close your eyes and imagine something that doesn't exist," Soji instructed. "I..that's not in my programming..I don't think I can do that.." Namjoon said. Soji just glared, "Try.."

Namjoon closed his eyes, bringing the brush up to the canvas and started painting. It's LED turning yellow and flashing, as though it was thinking. The brush drifted across the canvas, panting something. It's yellow LED flashing the whole time. It let it's hand drop to it's side slowly, "Oh my god..." Soji spoke

"Hey dad," A voice came from the door, a scrawny man walked in. "Dojin...I didn't hear you come in..." Soji said and looked at his son. Namjoon turned to look at him as well. "I was just in the neighborhood, thought I'd stop by. Been a while, huh?" Soji glanced at Namjoon then back at his son, "You alright, you don't look so good..." He pointed out. His son was fidgety and seemed pale. "Oh, yeah yeah. totally fine...listen, dad...I need some cash..." Dojin confessed. "What happened to the money I just gave you?" Soji asked. "It just goes y'know.." Dojin shifted nervously. "You're on it again aren't ya?" Soji asked. Namjoon quietly placed the palette on the desk and looked at the two. "No no, I swear it's not that. Anyways what difference does it make, I just need the money," Dojin snapped. Sojin shook his head, "The answer is no..and you know why," Dojin scoffed, "Ya I know, you'd rather take care of this fucking piece of plastic then your own son," Dojin stared at Namjoon. "Sure it's smarter, an stronger, and more efficient. BUT IT'S A FUCKING MACHINE!" Dojin walked up to Namjoon and pushed him back.

"Dojin stop!" Soji yelled from his wheelchair. "That's enough.." He stared at his son who slowly backed away. "You never loved me dad...all you care about is yourself and your stupid paintings..." He spat and started to leave, stopping at the door.

"You never loved me..."
