Over on the other side,
The grass is greener,
The children are happier,
The sun over there smiles,
There is no setting of day,
And nothing turns frail.Over on the other side,
'tis my savior hear his voice,
Hear the psalm, the pilgrim's cry,
A home never lost yet now found,
Calvary's awful mountain climb,
Meet thy savior's love divine.Over on the other side,
Beyond Jordan's great water side,
Beyond the realms of human sense,
Dwells a kingdom bright and blessed,
Ever did a wooden cross
Make so much to us a path,
Ever did sycamore's thorns
Weave for us a glorious crown.Over on the other side,
Sits a judge who records our heart,
Who urges that we live a life just and sound,
While in this world of sinking sand,
Where my savior who now reigns once died.please do tap that star
