Tamara's pov
Babyyy we're gonna be late. Hurry up else you'll be late for school and I'll be late for work.
Well sorry guys I didn't introduce myself am Tamara Anne-lee Eileen and am 20 years old i have a daughter she's two years old, well she isn't exactly my daughter I adopted her, yhup her name is Barbra Jesse-lee Eileen. Let me tell you guys how it happened, I closed one evening from the restaurant going to home, i got to an alley and I heard baby cries so I followed the noise and it led me to a baby so I assumed was 10 months old. This happened one and half years ago and my baby will be 2 this coming July am soo happy. Well she asked me who her parents were and I told her what happened since then she hasn't asked me again.

I dropped her off at kindergarten and went straight to work. Well my boss Mr. Sanniez he's really good to me and he loves barby like his very own granddaughter.
His wife and kids died in an accident. She went to pick her kids up from school on the way they're car collided with another and they died instantly. So Mr. Sanniez has been alone all this while.

Sometimes he tells me to call him dad and that if ever i need anything I should tell him. He said am like his daughter who he never got to see grow up.

" Erm Mr. Sanniez good morning how you doing, sorry am late. Barby didn't want to wake up today. I just don't know what's wrong with her whenever its time to sleep she sleeps early but waking up oh gosh it will take us forever "

" Don't worry my dear, you aren't that late, and how is my granddaughter. I know by now she has turned big. "

" as if you know and she always wants me to carry her, she'll be the death of me one day. I know it. Her birthday is coming up and i don't even know what to do it for her. "

Don't worry you'll figure it out ok my dear let's get to work ' cough cough cough '

" Mr. Sanniez are you alright, you're coughing pretty bad. Everything okay. I don't think you're fit to take care of the restaurant today, don't worry I'll take care of everything around here let me just call Naa and tell her I'll be a little late to come pick up barby. Okay "

" okay my dear and thank you very much"

Come on no need to thank me.you claim am like a daughter to you moreover you treat me as such so don't worry. Okay, I'll take care of everything around here just please rest for me.

" hello Naa erm I'll be a little late today Mr. Sanniez is sick so I won't be able to pick up barby early"

Don't worry girl what are best friends for she's my niece I'll take care of her, just take all the time you need okay.

Well if you guys are wondering Naa is my best friend. We've been best friends since college. Well everyone didn't want to be friends with me and well Naa because she's of African descent her dad is an African but her mom is an Half Korean half American well she's from Ghana and she's tanned skinned but people didn't like her and so basically she was alone.
People hated me as well but she didn't leave one day she came to me saying " hey am Kimona Kim Naa Akoto and can we be friends " I just stared at her and left this kept going on for days before I opened up to her and now we're like sisters and because my mom is also Korean and my dad an American, so it was easy for us too, but its her job I don't like she wanted to be a chef and own her own restaurant but due to some problems she can't so she works as a stripper.

It was almost 10 when I closed the shop and went to Naa's place" hey Naa is she awake"
She wanted to wait for you but she couldn't sleep finally took over her, she's in my bedroom and don't worry she already ate and took her bath".

I took barby home and placed her in her room she squirmed a little but went back to sleep again. I stayed a little in her room ' my beautiful daughter ' she mumbled in her sleep saying I love you mommy oh my God she called me mommy. She never calls me mommy she always calls me Tammy. I kissed her forehead and went to my room but before I switched the baby monitor on in case she wants me.

I took my bath and brushed my teeth and slept cause today was really stressful for me.
