Hey Romeo. I'm pretty scared about today. Since everone knows Juliet is me, it'll be worse...but I have you. I'll hold you tightly. I'll close my eyes and listen to the birds sing their song. I'll pretend I'm walking with mom through a lively forest. With the wind breezing through the forest. I'll have a spring in my step. The butterflies will lead me. If a wolf approaches, in a shaft of light, you'll rescue me and mom. We'll walk together, taking our time. Maybe even helping a snail get back home on the way. It'll be fun. When Dr. 69 tries to interfere, you'll chase him away. Bye, gotta change now.
Alice sighed. Talking with Romeo and dreaming up adventures had become a natural thing for her. She changed, battled her crazy hair, and made her way to school with Romeo in her backpack. If she had Romeo out, Chester would rip it apart.
"Hey Juliet!" Chester looked at Alice and hugged me. Her cheeks turned an instant shade of red and my heart started thumping. "Wha-" Alice starts. "Shh. Come on, I'll drop you off your locker." Chester gives me a bright smile. Awkardly, Alice and Chester make their way toward the lockers. Alice felt wierd.
"So, what happened?" Alice asked Chester suspiciously.
"What do you mean, sugar? What's wrong with having a crush on you?" Chester gave her another smile.
Thump, thump, thump. Alice started blushing like crazy. That day, everyone was nice to her.
At lunch, that's when it happened. "Hey Alice, come over here a bit." Chester led her toward the stage.
"Close your eyes, and hope I kiss you." He says quietly so only Alice could hear. Wait, what? AHH! I'm going crazy! How is this happening? I'll close my eyes and see what...am I hoping for a kiss? Alice closed her eyes, starting to smile. Then, suddenly, some liquid was dumped on her. "AHHH!" Alice cried.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!
Laughter...how can it be so cruel...?
Alice cried and left the stage. Smelling as rotten as an egg.
ROMEO!!! I NEED YOU!! She thought as she made her way towards the bathroom crying her eyes out...
