I feel like I'm going to puke so I rush to my father office I know there's a trash can there.Man I hate being sick!My breakfast goes down but then I notice that the trash can has little diamond holes that decorate it.My breakfast escapes through the holes and spreads through the new carpet my dad bought in India.Oh no, this cant be happening! My dad will bee here in half an hour! I pick up the carpet but I notice a white piece of paper sticking out.I pick it up and put it on my dads desk but I tell myself I'll take a peek at it later...I drag the carpet up to the sink and start washing it.I call my dog Peggy and tell him he was going to help me (not like he understands me). I finish washing the carpet and dry it a little.I still have 12 minutes,I can make it! I put the carpet back were it was and drag Peggy on it. I place her on it and tell her to sit still.I can tell dad that Peggy puked.I feel bad blaming it on Peggy but at least he won't get grounded.I snatch the paper I found earlier and sit on the couch. The paper is yellowish and folded in 4 but looks torn up from a diary.I unfold it and lean back on the spongy couch. The paper says:

"I still haven't told Kate that I am her brother and that her        parents were criminals. She finally found a family after changing from foster house to foster house seven years. She believes the lies they have told her years after years. She believes that her parents were heroes and that they were killed saving people."

I lean back shocked. A tear races down my cheek; my hands are griping the couch so much that my nails leave little croissant moons. How could my dad not tell me this.At the wrong time, my dad walks in the door smiling and looking cheerful.
