Every year, more and more magical races immigrates into this land and have come through the doors of my library seeking guidance on how they can integrate smoothly and comfortably in our proud and diverse society.
As one of the hometown's oldest residents, I have taken it upon myself to write and prepare a guide on the founding magical races, history, culture, magic systems, government and way of living for all immigrants who have and will come to call Helios as home.
