A couple months after Day had gone I knew I had to start living again. As much as I wanted to whole up in my apartment with Ollie wished for something I didn't have, I knew Day would never have wanted it that way.
I went back to Anden and it turns out that with all the chaos of the war, that the newly elected Princeps had vanished. Some say it was the pressure, others say she just wanted a better life. Nobody really knew what happened, but that Anden was in need of a new Princeps and I was trained. Two years later Anden and I were ruling in power together Elector and Princeps. I knew this was where I needed to be with Anden.
