Sea monsters and a temple full of magic

The last part of week 3

Hongjoong spend a lot of time in his office today together with Yunho to find out how the compass works and find the location of the old Temple.

In the mean time played games with Yeosang, San and Seonghwa. The game we are playing now is to practise with their magic. I had to trow something in the air and they have to keep it from falling. The one that keeps his object the longest from the ground win. San was the first one that failed to keep his object in the air so he sit down next to me and watch how the other two concentrate. after a few minutes the object of Seonghwa hit the ground and Yeosang is the winner. I look around and notice that I haven't seen my brother this morning.

Y/n: Where is Wooyoung?

Yeosang: He is with Jongho at the crow's nest.

I look up at the crow's nest and see something move. I stood up and climbed the ladder to get up there. Wooyoung noticed me en helped me from the ladder on the crow's nest.

Y/n: what are you doing here?

Wooyoung: Look there in the water.

I looked at what he pointend at and saw some strange green light in the water a 100 meters from the ship.

Y/n: What is that?

Jongho: It's one of the sea monsters that lives in this area. Hongjoong told us to keep an eye on it. I go back to the helm to change our direction so we won't get to close to it.

Jongho left and I sit down next to my brother.

Wooyoung: Don't worry that thing won't hurt us as long as we keep distance.

We are both still for a moment.

Wooyoung: how do you feel now about being on a pirate ship?

Y/n: It doesn't feel like I am on a pirate ship. at least till you all practise with swords and talk about treasures. How did you ever get in this team?

Wooyoung: well it's a long story so I will tell you that a other time but to keep it short we all believe in Hongjoong and want to join him in his journey to stop the most dangerous pirates, learn about magic and some day we will go to the Mainland and try to get both sides to live together.

Y/n: what do you know about the main land?

Wooyoung: Mom told me that the main land is a lot like where you come from. with weird things they cal computers and the weapens there are called guns and shoot holles trough people.

Y/n: do they have wifi there?

Wooyoung: what?

I laugh realising that I could have asked this to all 8 of them and get the same answer, ok maybe hongjoong knows what it is because he does research to the main land.

Seonghwa: Food!!!

We both stand up and get down to eat but then I realise that Jongho is at the helm so I went to him. but on my way the ship started to move weird and I fell on the deck. The others run out of the kitchen to see what is happening. Hongjoong and Wooyoung help me to stand up because I hurt my back and leg.

Wooyoung: I will take her inside

Hongjoong: Seonghwa go with Wooyoung and Y/n inside the others prepare for battle.

I want to ask what he want to battle against when I remember the sea monster from earlier. when we got inside Seonghwa used magic to take away my pain.
