Twenty Seven

Megan POV

I woke up and Jacob wasn't there. I looked over and Taylor was gone too. I saw a note on my bedside table and it read:

Megan,

Hey we went out to breakfast with Nash and Cam. Yes I will bring you back pancakes and I will not forget syrup. Also I'm bringing you back a starbucks bc pumpkin spice is back and I know that's your fav :)

I smiled he remembers everything, I swear. I picked up my phone and I had 3 messages.1 from Jacob and 2 from Jackie.

Jacob- Goodmorning beautiful

Jacob- I love you

Jackie- are you up?

I texted Jacob back saying "I love you too babe" and I was going to text Jackie when there was a knock at the door. I walked up to the door and unlocked it. I opened it and it was Jackie. "Yo homeboy" I said. "Yo yo" she replied throwing up a peace sign. "Shawn has rubbed off on you with all his peace signs" I sighed. "True" I laughed and then she said "Get ready because we are going shopping before the event" I breathed out and then went to get clothes and stopped. "Wait, Jacob is bringing me back pancakes and starbucks!" She huffed "Well fine, but you're sharing!" I shrugged "Okay homeboy" she laughed and I went to take a shower.

I got out and dried off. "Jackmister" I yelled. "Yeah Bb" she answered. "I forgot my suitcase out there" I heard shuffling and then she opened the door throwing my suitcase in. "You aren't even gonna knock I'm naked here!" I yelled "Oo let me see!" I heard Taylor scream. "Nah man!" I yelled back. I picked out an outfit and changed.

I had on black skinny jeans with slight tears and a white v-neck shirt and a red flannel tied around my waist. I put on light makeup with a little lipgloss for effect and straightened my hair to perfection. I paired the outfit with black combat boots to set the oufit off. I came out of the bathroom and waved my hands while saying "TADA!"

Eveyone looked at me and gave me a thumbs up. I lunged towards the pumpkin spice frap on the table and Jacob snatched it before I could get it. "Hey" I said crossing my arms. "What do you say?" he asked. "Please" I said with a big smile. "The answer was Jacob is the sexiest guy ever, but I'll let you slide because you have a cute smile" he said. "Aw thanks babe" I said. "Ew. Couples" Taylor gagged. I just laughed and finished my stuff before we had to leave for the event.

The event went great. I had met a few people that were really nice and cool and I had a few that were really crazy and obsessive. I didn't feel too great though, I think I'm getting sick. "You okay babe? You look a little sick" Jacob said concerned."I do feel a little sick but I'm okay" He picked me up and put me on his back. "You can't get sick too! You have to sing" I protested. He just shook his head and kept carrying me. We got to the hotel and he took me up to the room and layed me down. "Feel any better?" he asked. I shook my head no. I got up and ran to the bathroom. I was sick. I kept throwing up when I felt him pull my hair back. "Thanks" I said before throwing up again. "Babe I'm going to send Jackie to go get you medicine" he said. "No I'll be fine" I said trying to stand up, but only failing and falling right back down. "See you need it" I shook my head but he called anyway. I don't like making people feel bad for me, I'm just not that person. I flushed the toilet and Jacob came back in the bathroom. "Do you need anything?" he asked. He is so sweet. "Thanks" he said "Did I say that outloud?" I asked. He shook his head yes. "Can I jus get a water?" I asked. "Yeah, sure I'll be back in a little" I heard him leave and then I felt it come up again. It was back to the toilet for me.

Jackie POV

"Jacob called, he said Megan is really sick and we need to go get medicine" I told the guys. We were all hanging out in mine and Shawn's room. They all nodded their heads. "Okay who is going with me?" I asked. Shawn raised his hand and said "I will" I smiled and waited for more. "Me and Cam" Nash said. "Okay the rest of you go help Megan with whatever" I said before dragging the three off to the store with me.

I called a taxi and asked if they can take us to any local pharmacies or grocery stores. They said their was a Walgreens close by. I payed and they took us to Walgreens. I got some medicine for Megan and then a bunch of candy and some 2-liters for later on tonight. I went to pay but Shawn insisted he pay so I just let him be "the man" and pay for it. I love him though.

We got back to the hotel and Jacob was pacing in front of the hotel. "Jacob?" I asked. "There you guys are!" he yelled crushing me in a hug. "She just looks so miserable and I couldn't be there with her like that, it hurts me" he said worried. "Aw that's cute" I said. He blushed and Shawn grabbed my hand and took me inside. Jacob followed with Nash and Cam close behind. We all got into the elevator and rode it up to our floor. We got to the room and waited for Jacob to open it (he has the key).

When I got in she was on the bathroom floor crying. I rushed over to her and handed her the medicine. "Thanks: she choked out. "Babe are you okay?" Jacob asked from behind me. "Not really"she answered before putting her head back in the toilet throwing up, yet again.

Megan POV

I feel gross. Jackie gave me the medicine and I took some after I was done throwing up. I layed down on the bed and cuddled up with my blanket. I felt Jacob get in next to me. "Babe I'll get you sick" I whined. "I don't care" he answered. He sat up and rubbed my back. He was making little shapes on my back and it was really relaxing. I felt myself start to fall asleep and soon I was out.

Jacob POV

I feel awful for her. I layed down next to her and she whined "Babe I'll get you sick" I replied with "I don't care" I really don't. I would risk getting sick to be here for her. I promise her I would help her through things and love her the best I can. I actually got her a promise ring that I want to give her on our next date. It's really simple but gorgeous and I hope she likes it. I was lost in thought buck then I realizwd I was tracing shapes on her back. She seemed really relaxed though. I kept tracing little shapes and letters until her eyes shut and she fell asleep. I kissed her forehead and smiled to myself. How did I get this lucky? I walked over to Taylor's bed. I'll sleep here tonight she needs space. I climbed in and started to drift off dreaming about what might come next.
