Welcome to my book of short stories! This first chapter is the page in which you'll find the summaries of all the stories posted in this book. Read through the summaries, if the story seems interesting, check it out! If not, as the author of all these stories, I'd like to recommend you to read them anyways, but, alas I cannot force you to do anything.
So! Just simply read whichever story seems interesting. There will be many different genres and I'll try to post them from worst writing (as in short stories I wrote in 8th grade) to best writing (best writing that I've achieved at this point in my life - there is always room for improvement).
And, if you like my writing, don't be afraid to check out my soon-to-come story in Wattpad, June 2019, A Shot For Blood!

"A Painted Lie"
Published: October 29, 2017This is a short story about a young child who lies to her parents about a spill on her carpet. But is there more to the story than meets the eye? What's to learn from lying? What good comes from hiding things from people when...in the end...they'll always figure it out.
"Cold Nose, Cold Toes"
Published: June 21, 2018Anna, a college student, is unable to return home for Christmas. With snow on the ground, the cold tends to soak into all parts of her world. But, perhaps it's not all lost hope. After all, she may not just be the only one who got left behind for Christmas. Christmas is a time of warmth where there is cold. Maybe Anna and Leo can create a friendship that burns bright, even in the shivering bitterness of winter.
"A Glowing Heart"
Published March 23, 2019Flo Arbre has a unique gift passed down through generations upon generations. Whenever soulmates are around each other, Flo sees a matching glow emanate from their chests. However, to Flo, this is but only a curse. Traumatized by an event of her past, she has distanced herself from the word and the people around her. The bitterness of the world has sunk into her life. She refuses to see the good in anyone. So you can imagine her surprise when the notorious jerk of her high school is napping lazily on the lawn of a house she is delivering flowers to. When she comes face to face with Asher Baker, the glow on both of their chests is unmistakable. Maybe, all Flo needs to learn is that there is more to people than meets the eye. No one is simply black and white. Especially Asher Baker.
"Meet Stone"
Published April 6, 2020A simple story about some loss and a familiar park.
