Yui Komori bit her lip. Living with Renai Reinheart was hard. The oldest out of the Sakamaki siblings was confident, powerful, elegant and very ambitious. She had quickly rejoined the family, and had no qualms answering and proving to the triplets and Subaru that she was, indeed, the oldest child of Karlheinz.
Just like that, Renai, Raiden and Darya had moved into the manor. Yui did not enjoy the time she had to stay in the same room as all the brothers to begin with, but sitting with Renai and the new twins was even more awkward. Raiden was pretty much indifferent to her, while Darya absolutely hated her.
Of course, if you asked Darya, the reasons as to why she despised the little blonde were many: Darya found Yui unbearably naive, weak and pretty much useless. She was just a blood bank for the brothers.
Renai, on the other hand, wasn't as indifferent as Raiden, nor die she hate as much as Darya. The vampire had merely observed her. She noticed the Eve's attraction to Ayato and said person's mutual feelings. The two in question had made it no secret to her, but even if he didn't admit it, Ayato was very nervous about the outcome of her judgement, her expressions betraying nothing about her real thoughts.
That day, Renai decided to visit their school. She had no need for schooling, but was curious to see what her brothers were being taught. Dressed in a black dress with sheer sleeves, she stood out greatly from the students at the school.
She strolled around leisurely, hands behind her back, her heels clicking along the still busy hallways, where other students lingered before class started. Her presence caught the attention of many, and there were plenty of people eager to approach her.
"Lady Renai."
Renai turned. The person who had just called out to her was a handsome male with black hair that fell over his forehead, eyes a beautiful golden shade. He stood a good head taller than her, hands shoved into the pockets of his uniform pants. She spotted red ear piercings and a beauty mark under his left eye.
Handsome, she thought, watching him as he bowed towards her.
"I wasn't aware there was a member of the Ayase Family in this school," she said.
He lifted his head, to peer into her eyes, "My father thought it would be wise."
"Indeed, your father's thought is wise," she praised. "I'm afraid I don't know your name."
"Guren. Guren Ayase."
