The walk alone...

(y/n) opened the door to his house. Time is starting to speed up, and as much as it hurts (y/n) he has to get the little family of four all the way to Canada before it's too late. (y/n) knows that they will be reluctant to leave him, but he has to do it for there safety. They probably will forget about him sooner or later. Looking out the window and a cigarette in hand, (y/n) takes a drag from it. He doesn't smoke often, but he does it once in a while.

Putting the cigarette out, he proceeds to walk down the stairs to tell the four, the news that there is a whole revolution starting.

"Hey, Kara, Eddie, Alice and Ralph! Can you come down to the dining room for a bit? I have something to tell you."

There was a moment of silence, and then (y/n) heard worried whispers and light footfalls that got louder as they got closer.

"We are here (y/n). What did you want to tell us?", Eddie asked softly, feeling weary because this was the first time (y/n) has actually talked to them for the past week.

"You have been watching the news, right? If so then you know that androids have been asking for right's, and though I treat you like people, they'll soon start rounding up every android in Detroit and neutralising them. Detroit is no longer going to be safe for you. I am going to be taking you to Canada, tonight, this matter is also not up for discussion."

"But, what'll happen to you? What will you do once we are gone? What will happen to our relationship?" Kara asked timidly.

"That I do not know. But, for the sake of your safety, I'll have to ask that you don't come into contact with me. The more you forget about me the less hurt would be involved, I'll just be a man from your imagination, forge-"

"What the hell do you mean?! We can't just forget you! You helped us! You have been acting off the past week, why don't you tell us what's wrong rather than keeping it to yourself?! We'll go to Canada, only if you come with-"

"Silence! If you do not listen I'll be forced to wipe your memory and implant new ones, do you want that!? As I have already stated, you will be going to Canada without me. There you will be safe. We are leaving tonight, go pack your bags. I have already bought you guys a house."

"(y/n), Ralph wants to say thank you. Thank you for helping us (y/n), and Ralph will never forget it."

Ralph walks over to (y/n) and gives him a hug, arms around (y/n)'s neck, soon strong arms are wrapped around his waist and Ralph is pulled flush up against the (h/c) haired male's body. He felt (y/n) press a kiss on his hair and let him go. He walks up to Kara and gives her a kiss on both cheeks, kisses Alice's and Eddie's foreheads. Motioning for them to go and pack their bags.
