This is my first time being back since I came and asked Austen to help me. As I walk in, the stench hits me, but it's the alcohol that I smell the most, and my mouth goes dry. I really want a drink. But, one of Austen's rules were no more drinking, and I don't think he'd like it if I break one already.
I push my way through the crowd and my chest tightens a little, I'm used to having something to help, but right now I don't. I could find Austen... but he's probably busy. Although he said if I did need him I could just tell him, although I'm not completely sure what kind of method he's going to us-
My thoughts are cut off as I bump into a hard body. "I'm sor-" I start, but I instantly stop when I see who it is.
Luke.
I can feel the color drain from my face and I freeze. I haven't seen him since that night. He looks down at me and smirks. His body shakes with a low laugh but I can't hear it. I suddenly can't hear anything and I really do wish Austen was with me in this moment.
He looks around and back to me, turning his body towards me. "Hadley doesn't have anyone to protect her now, does she?" He taunts.
"I'm here with Austen." I say, crossing my arms to put as much distance between us as I can.
"Austen got here a while ago. Try again." He says.
I take a step back but he quickly grabs my arm, pulling me forward again. "I didn't get to finish what I had started the last time, I think I will now." He says, pulling me off towards the rooms that are in the back.
I try and pull my arm out of his but I can't. My breathing picks up and I'm practically gasping for air as I try to pull my arm out of his grip. No one is noticing either.
Tears sting my eyes as we make it to the door in the back and he pushes it open. I've never been back here before. It's dimly lit like out there, but the ceilings are normal and there are a bunch of rooms connected to the long hallway.
"Help!" I yell. "Austen! Someone help me!"
But, no one comes. I pull on my arm again trying to get it out, but he only grips it tighter than before, causing me to wince.
He pushes a door open to a dark room and flicks a light on. The room isn't dirty, but there's only a few chairs and an old couch. Like a meeting or just sitting room.
He pulls and pushes me in, finally letting me go, closing the door behind him.
"Why do you keep doing this to me?!" I yell.
I'm not sure if this is me being stupid or not, if it's happening again than maybe it is my fault.
"Well if people would let me finish, I wouldn't have to come back. But I don't think anyone is coming this time." He says.
He starts to walk towards me and I automatically start to get away. "Don't touch me." I say and he rolls his eyes.
"I'll do what I want with you."
I walk behind one of the chairs and he only laughs that off. "I love how you think anything will stop me." He says, picking up his pace to get to me.
And at that exact moment, the door opens and a fighter walks in, but stops when he sees us. "Help me!" I say loudly and his eyes widen.
"She's only joking. Get out." Luke says, the guy keeps looking at him, he hesitates before he closes the door and leaves.
I tear falls down my face and I quickly wipe it away. I can't let him make me cry again. He reaches me and pushes me down into the couch, and I don't fight back. I can't win against him.
He gets in top of me and grabs my wrists, pinning them above my head. This time, I can't help the tears that falls. He brings his face to my neck. But before his mouth can touch me, he's pulled off of me.
When I look and see who it is I sigh in relief, it's Austen. I look behind him and see the fighter that walked in, and I'm more glad now that he went and got Austen.
Austen he fuming when I look back at him, I look at like who actually looks scared. Austen stares at him for a moment before his arm swings out and punches him in the face, causing a nice crack to be heard.
Luke drops to the floor clutching his face, I quickly stand up as Austen goes towards him again.
I grip his arm and pull him to face me, when he sees me he relaxes a little bit tries to pull out of my grip. "Let go oh me, I need to finish him." He says, but I grab his face and bring it back to look at me.
"No." I whisper. "Don't do that, get me out of here." I say quietly.
He grabs my hand and leads me towards the door, when he passes the other fighter, he nods his head at Luke and the guys nods, taking off towards him.
I turn my head back to Austen and close the door as we leave. He's leading me back out to the crowd but I don't want to go out there yet. I see a dark room and pull him into it, flicking the light on and closing the door.
He looks at me and frowns. "What are you doing?" He asks.
"I... I need a release. Being here, I thought I would be fine but smelling the alcohol I just... need something. And I don't know what you had planned as a relea-" I say, but I'm cut off by his lips crashing onto mine.
His hands are gripping my face and he slowly pushes me back against the wall, moving his mouth feverishly over mine.
If this is his idea of a release, I'm perfectly fine with it.
He pulls his mouth away from mine and I gasp for air. He starts kissing down my neck so I tilt my head so he can have better access to it.
"Was this your idea of a release?" I ask, breathless.
He bites my neck softly and drags his tongue over it, causing a small moan to slip from my mouth. I'll take that as a yes.
I grab onto his waist and pull him into me, I need more contact than what he's giving. His arousal pokes my stomach, making me wish I was taller.
He brings his mouth back to mine and dips his whole body down, grinding himself against me as he comes back up. I gasp from the contact, but I can't get any air. And I'm so okay with it.
He pulls away breathing hard, and rests his forehead against mine. He looks at me and I look up at him.
"I've got to go." He says, pulling back slightly.
I nod my head. "Okay." I say quietly and he fully steps away, reaching for the door.
He looks at me over his shoulder and nods his head out of the door. "I'll walk you out." He says and I push off the wall, walking in front of him.
He grabs my hand and leads me out to the cage and tells me to wait there for him until he's all done.
A few minutes later he's in the cage, fighting his last fights. And winning every single one of them.
