So what happens is that Sebastian has an infected cut- one that does not simply heal. This infection causes him to be ill. (Demon Fever?)

Anastasia entered the room and hurried over to her patient, taking her play equipment to Sebastian's side. Sebastian sat up from his bed in a sweat when, "NO! Back down! Rest!", escaped the toddler's lips while she placed a plastic Funtom toy company stethoscope on Sebastian's forehead and attempted to push him back onto his mattress, earning a smile out of the butler. "Mmmhmmm", Anastasia mumbled "professionally". 'I can't reach-', little Anastasia thought. The young Mistress climbed up onto Sebastian and sat on his chest, where the infection brewed. The butler's eyes revealed a shocked expression. Sebastian although in pain, kept his cool knowing that if he caused any harm to the child he would pay. As much as this annoyed Sebastian, it also amused him. Anastasia then reached for Sebastian's mouth. "Say AAAAAHHHHH!", Anastasia giggled. Sebastian did as he was told and opened his mouth, "Ahh-". Anastasia then proceeded to poke around in his mouth with a plastic dental tool. Then she took a reflex hammer and started hammering around his arm. This would have hurt if a lot worse if, he were human. Anastasia then started hammering the wound. The lust for the child's death was clearly seen in his eyes at that point. Before she could go any lower (Ehem), Sebastian snatched the toy away from the girl. Anastasia eyes grew into saucers. "Sebastian?", Anastasia whimpered. Sebastian put down the toy whistles grabbing a book. "Anastasia? Could you read this to me instead?", Sebastian quickly improvised. Anastasia grabbed the book, "Mmmhmmm!", Anastasia happily responded. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An hour passed and Anastasia was almost done reading the book, Sebastian looked amused while studying over the child still amount his chest, "A-A ... A.. n.. D! And! And so, va (va=the) gop .. her (gopher) .. didn't com..", Anastasia started clapping out the syllables," com.. com *clap* pla..n *clap* ever a-gain!", Anastasia raised her voice, gave a smile, and slammed the book closed. Instead of a soothing ending, Sebastian got uncalled claps, pauses, and shouts. Anastasia then kissed Sebastian's lips and laid down on his chest with her head under his chin, "Good night Sebastian." Once again, Sebastian was caught by surprise. Sebastian passionately kissed the Mistress' head, smiled and closed his wine colored eyes.
