May 29th, 4011. 6:48 PM - SECTOR 1/UXURO
"Kima, my suit needs to be coated with bio shield components, please make arrangements for an apology dinner with Chittaphon and tell him that I'm willing to restart the Omega project if he has the materials for it. Oh, and I need a ride so pick me up by the orbile parking space at 12-7."
"Understood Mr. Lee," My android records as a faint light flickers in it's eyes. Kima bows it's head and walk off with my GLAXIM plan recorder in it's hand.
I walk down the polished roads of sector 1, adjusting the platinum ring piece that curled comfortably around my ear. My eyes look up to the large holoscreens that were advertising GLAXIM products. At the bottom of my digital contacts, it analyzed my surroundings. I stared up at GLAXIM's main building and suddenly, white texts started tracing and appearing in my vision.
"GLAXIM Enterprise: Founded in 2885 by Jeong Nanxi and started as a transport service company to travel through Uxuro. Evolved in 3998 when taken over by young, 11-year-old Jeong Jaehyun from sector 3. GLAXIM started creating more diverse technological pieces of equipment which made the company trillions."
I blinked as the texts disappear from my view then continued to walk. It's been so long and I almost forgot how skilled Jaehyun is as he helped revive the company as a child. I was 13 at the time he started creating technological advancements for the company.
I sat on a bench in the orbile parking space, waiting for Kima to arrive
Drones started whirling around my head, small speakers embedded in each. "Mr. Lee, how do you feel knowing that your father is going to be elected as the democratic leader for all sectors?" One of them questioned as I could see the tiny cameras shining on me.
There were microscopic flashes that didn't go unnoticed by my eyes. Multiple shots and videos were already being filmed of me, just as I stand in one spot.
I forced a smile and looked to the center camera. "I am very proud of my father for being the final candidate in the mass-sector voting. It will be a hard role to maintain but I know that he has the leadership skills to do it," I replied formally, straightening my posture and giving each camera a smile.
"Rumors say that you are close with Jeong Jaehyun, the current CEO of GLAXIM Enterprise. Are you still currently close with him and will you find a way to use that to your advantage in tomorrows election into office?" A drone strangely questioned as I try to hide my discomfort.
I meekly grinned. "Me and Jaehyun are indeed friends but I take my friendships seriously and I do not intend to abuse or misuse them. He has nothing to do with my father going into office tomorrow."
"Mr. Lee," A voice echoed in my mind as I look past the drones to see Kima in a GLAXIM orbile.
I bowed to all the drones with a polite smile. "Excuse me, I must go now." Then I walked past the drones that continued to take pictures of my back as I entered the orbile.
Kima had a few lights flicker in it's eyes before the orbile started to move. I glanced behind us to see the drones flying away, back to the whatever news network they were sourced from. Then I let out a slow sigh, pinching my platinum earpiece and closing my eyes.
"You seem exhausted Mr. Lee," Kima starts while maintaining her eyes on the road.
My eyes slowly opened to glance at Kima. I crossed my arms and slouched down in my seat til my eyes could stare at the sky. "I thought I told you to call me Taeyong."
"My apologies Mr. Lee but your father was the one who clearly insisted that I only call you by formalities," Kima replies in it's robotic tone.
I sighed, pressing my temple. "Preparations have been tiring over the past few weeks, father is getting lots of attention." I state, staring outside the orbile. My eyes would stare that this plain sector.
