Aarfaat comes and sits on the left side of the couch.
On the right side, Tahzeeb is sitting.
Bareraa sitting between them.
Mariyam forwards her arms towards her father as if asking him to take her in his arms which he does. Such a dadda's princess.
Mohammad is sitting in Tahzeeb's lap such as Mumma's boy.
Tahzeeb makes a morsel takes her hand towards Aarfaat's lips and eys him to take a bite.
He takes it without any word
Of course, he was hungry.
After sometime
Tahzeeb:" didn't you promise her father that you will take care of her that you will be her father?
And when she left didn't you promised yourself that you will be their mother and father.
It's fine. I understand. We all understood. That you were shocked. surprised. In lots of pain.
So we all were.
So she was.
It's fine to grief.
It's fine to cry.
It's totally fine.
It's okay for a man to cry.
To show his emotions.
But don't push ys when you are going through a hard time.
We both are bound in a relationship called marriage, where we should not only share beds or bodues ir parents or children's or responsibilities but we also shares our strengths our weakness.
Just because you are the man of the house doesn't mean you cant show or share your emotions.
Yes you can.
And you should.
We are Partners Aarfaat ji.
And I will be there you you always.
And our families will ve there for us in sha allah.
And even our kids will be there for us.
And don't forget our Allah is with us.
He doesn't punishes you.
He is testing you. He is testing us.
And in this hard times we shouldn't be weak. We should be strong.
We shouldn't deteriorate our relationship with anyone or with allah.
In contrast
In these hard times we should strengthen our beliefs
And our relationships"
By now she is done feeding her husband.
"And if you are not feeling comfortable to share it with me you can share it with your mother."
Just then Samina who was pacing in the corridor opens door.
Tahzeeb:"She also lost her son and daughter. " Tahzeeb says looking at her M.I.L
which brings tears into samina's eyes.
Samina slowly walks to her son.
Tahzeeb gets up and takes a step as if leavig the room.
Just then Aarfaat catches her hand.
And says.
STAY.
AND THEN HE LOOKS AT HIS MOTHER.
WHO IS NOW STANDING INFRONT OF HER SON.
AARFAAT STILL SITTING ON THE COUCH AND SAMINA IS STANDING INFRONT OF HIM
HE HUGGS HER TUMMY AND STARTS CRYING LAODLY.
AARFAAT"MOM DO YOU REMEMBER HOW..HOW HE USED TO TEASE ME SAYING I WONT GET AGF WHEN HE WAS IN A RE..LATIONSHIP... WITH ZIANA...YOU REMEMBER HOW...HE DIDN'T WANTED ME TO GET MARRIED TO HER*NIW HE IS REFERRIG TO AARZOO*
YOU KNOW HE WAS SO INNOCENT SHE WAS SO INNOCENT. ...SO NAIVE...THEY HAD SUCH A PURE HEART. ....HOW CAN HE LEAVE ME....HE PROMISED ME WE ALL WILL GROW OLD TOGETHER....HE PROMISED TO A HAVE AHUGE BUSINESS WITH ME...HE PROMISED ME.....MOM...HE*HICCUPS*HE..."
SAMINA:"ITS ALL DESTINY.IT WAS ALREADY WRITTEN...AND NOW HE IS GONE...THEY ARE GONE...BUT THEY HAVE GIVEN US THEIR PART THEIR BAREERA TO US NA.AND SHE IS OUR FAMILY NOW. AND AS OUR TAHZEEB SAID...WE ALL OUR TOGETHER IN THIS.ANF THEY WILL VE ALWAYS REMEMBERED."
3 KIDS ARE WATCHING THEIR FATHER MOTHER AND GRAND MOTHER CRYING.
TAHZEEB SAYS WHILE SHE CHUCKLES:"THEY ARE SAYING WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE DOIBG OUR WORK OF CRYING. "
Mother and son laughs at her joke.
With tears in their eyes.
Whole family who are watching all of these from the door
Enters the room
Everyone hugs Aarfaat and Tahzeeb and samina
And kids hugs kids.
Aarfaat sees this and mutters a quick Alhamdulillah.
He smiles looking at
His parents
His brothers
Their wives
Their kids
He smiles
His twins
And the new addition to the family.
Hisprincess
His berry
His bestie's life.
And
Thwn he lo9ks at his wife
Who is already looking at him
He smiles looking at her.
He understood one thing today.
People who are present here are his people.
Most importantly
His mother and wife
They are his Weakness and strength at a same time.
And he wishes to have them with him all of his life.
Will his wish come true or will he lose someone
