"Find your brother." Is what he said. I can't talk, I can't move. I'm tied to this chair. "Princess, I know you know where he is." I heard him, I can't see, I have a blindfold over my face. "I don't, I already told you. He left like two weeks before you came."

"We can make this difficult." I felt cold metal against my leg, "Please, I don't know where he is."

   "What about your boy?"

"He went to the store this morning." The blade peirced my leg and I yelled. I heard my phone ring and him answer it, but I dozed out of the conversation. I need Mason. I want him. I'm scared. He's coming he has to be. He grabbed my hair and pulled my head back, "He's on his way."

"What are you going to do to them."

"If they comply, I'm just going to kill Caden. Mason, always has been good, so I'll let him be. He snitches, I find him and kill him."

   "Don't hurt Cade, he's a good person."

"He should've thought about that before he stole my money."

   "Please, don't kill him."

"I'll think about it. What can you do for me?" He was close to my face, I felt his breath on my neck. "He can keep his mouth shut."

"What if he steals from me again?"

"Don't have any part in him."

"Maybe, but I want to kill him."

  "Please don't."

"I'm tired of this conversation, Swooney." After he said that, someone struck my mouth and I spit up blood. I think that was the ninteenth time I got hit, I don't know. I heard my phone ring again.

"Can I talk to him?" I stuttered. "No." He harshly spoke. Mason, please be safe. I felt the blindfold being removed from my eyes. I looked at my leg and seen the knife sticking out. I searched the room, gaurds at every exit with big guns. This only made me worry more. "Yeah, we're coming." He looked at me. He turned to the five men behind him. "Go get them outside." They left and he turned ti me, "Scared?" I nodded. "Yeah, it'll be over soon." He snickered at me. He must be the devil himself. I heard boots hit the floor and I looked up to find Cade and Mason being carried my their arms. Mason looked at me and covered his mouth, his face was filled with hurt and sympathy. "I thought you said you wouldn't touch her!" He screamed at the man infront of me and the other two guys held him back. "She wouldn't answer, so we had a little fun."

"You son of a bitch." Mason tried to get out of the guys arms, but their grip got tighter. He looked at me and gave me a look to ask if I'm okay and I nodded. "Caden, do you have it?" He threw a bag down at his feet. Three men came and checked the bag. "Untie her." The man said and someone came and cut the rope off my hands then threw me down. "Hey!" Mason yelled and helped me get my feet undone.

"Get him." He told his men and they grabbed Cade's shoulders and pushed him to the ground. He held his gun to his head. "No!" Mason yelled and shoved one of the guys but he kicked him in the face. I heard people running. I looked behind me and saw FBI agents running through the building and telling everyone to drop their weapons.

"Are you okay?" Mason asked me as he ran his fingers through my hair and looked in my eyes. I nodded and he picked me up, "Let's get you some help, okay?"

I sat in the ambulance with Mason next to me. "I'm so sorry." He whined into my hand as he held it. I felt his tears hit my hand and him groan. "Mason, I'm okay."

"I shouldn't have got you into this shit."

"I'm alright, baby please." He looked at me and kissed my forehead. "I love you." I just smiled.

I think that's what hurt him the most. Not seeing me bloody and bruised. Not seeing Cadee almost die. But, not hearing me say I love him. This was too much to bear. Too much weight I couldn't carry. The guilt in his eyes is killing me. The way he is so vulnerable right now. I went through all this shit, and for what? I am not giving up on him now. I finally spoke, in the back of that ambulance, "I love you." And I seen his eyes fill back with Hope. Faith in him, was restored.
