• Nikkei and Teruya got along really well, knowing each other when Teruya wasn't taller than Kakeru or Shinji.
• So when they two broke ties before Teruya graduated High School and met again after three years, Nikkei was completely in shock.
• Mainly anger now, since he just became a big bottom didn't he? Also can't pick him up anymore, how tragic.
• They met up when Nikkei was reporting on a famous auction party with stuff being sold by the Former Ultimate Merchant, hoping to see him again.
• Mainly from how they ended on bad terms, which was just a nasty fight over Mikado saying that Nikkei was stalking Teruya.

• Nikkei never got rid of the Nice Guy™ fedora, so Teruya immediately noticed it once he saw Nikkei in the crowd.
• After selling a few things and calling a break for everyone to socialize, he went over to Nikkei.
• Nikkei didn't recognize him at first, since everyone's favourite Christmas Tree basically had a glow up.
• It was a nickname that he called Nikkei that made Nikkei finally recognize him, and just fucking hugged him.

• They never realized how they had crushes on eachother until meeting up again. Teruya was just a disaster gay, while Nikkei remained a functional bisexual.
• Teruya was also sad how their relationship ended, and couldn't really fix it from how Nikkei had a demanding job of traveling and reporting.
• So after meeting up again, the two just spent so much time together. Shopping was a favorite.
• Teruya taught Nikkei how to sew too, and Nikkei also taught Teruya how to factually check stuff he finds online.
• But the more they met up, the worse their crushes got.

• After a month of fixing their relationship, Teruya decided to finally just admit his crush.
• He was gonna do it under a cherry tree near the school they both graduated from, the same tree they had the fight.
• Nikkei knew something was up when he got the text message of meeting there, but brushed it off.
• Once there, the surprise was spoiled by a blushing Teruya, too gay to function.
• Anyways, Teruya finally admitted everything, hella embarrassed. Nikkei was shocked, but not because he liked Nikkei. Because it wasn't a one-sided crush.

• Teruya is around 6'5", so to kiss him, Nikkei got on his tippy toes. After their kiss, both just died on the spot.
• After just standing there and blushing beyond red, they decided to go back to Nikkei's house for the night.
• Nikkei was too flustered to write, but he totally would write like "Former Ultimates seen being happy in love together."
