The screams startled me awake. My jump shook the bed. I'd had this dream multiple nights in a row. I felt bad for Obi, every time, I woke him up, too.

"Are you okay?" he half moaned.

"Yeah, I'm good," I replied, slightly winded.

"Was it another nightmare?"

"Yeah..."

"Okay."

He was tired, I could tell. Immediately after asking if I was okay, he fell asleep. I didn't mind, though. He needed the rest.

The next day was hard. I was functioning on three hours of sleep. You see, because this had been happening for a while, my sleep was like this for the past week:

Monday- 2hrs

Tuesday- 5hrs

Wednesday- 4hrs

Thursday- 2hrs

Today- 3hrs

My sleep had been like this for almost a month, now. It was unhealthy, but I couldn't do anything about it. You'd figure that I'd begin to get used to the dream and it wouldn't scare me anymore, but I just couldn't get over how real it felt each time.

Obi and I were meeting with Masters Qui-Gon and Asren, Maria, Father, and Kendel. While in the middle of the meeting, I was super heavy. I began to doze off. I didn't mean to, but it was just so hard to stay awake.

"Honey? Are you okay?" my father asked.

"Hm?" I jumped.

"Are you alright?" Asren repeated for him.

"Oh, yeah... I'm... um..." I did it again.

"Sadie!" Obi snapped in my face, trying to help.

"I'm sorry, I just haven't slept well lately." I groaned.

"That's an understatement," Obi lightly chuckled.

"What do you mean by that, Obi?" Qui-Gon sternly asked.

"She hasn't been sleeping at all, Master."

"And how would you know that?"

"Ummm..." Obi realized what he'd just done. He put his head down.

"Are you two sleeping together?"

"Um..." said Kendel. "This is awkward. Can I leave?" I nodded with my head in my hands.

"Yes," Obi replied.

"When?!"

At this point, it was getting kind of funny. Asren and my father were just watching with eyes wide and mouths glued shut.

"Master! In our defense, this began before we were Jedi's again!"

"God! I can't believe you!"

It's kinda obvious this wasn't gonna end well, but I don't know how it ended... cause I blacked out.
