She stands up and smiles pathetically at me. I stand there in shock for a few minutes. "Who were those people?!"

She shakes her head,"They're a gang of boys that enjoy torturing the girls around campus. We call them assholes." She bursts into laughter and I stand there silently.

"Are you okay?"

She nods. "Welcome to NMC, your own personal hell." I shake my head and examine the room. It's small but not cramped, and has two twin beds against the walls.

She finally says,"You can have the bed to the left. I'm Reagan."

"It's nice to meet you Reagan. I'm Autumn."

She smiles. "So,what brings you here to the worst college ever?"

I laugh. "Escape." She nods like she understands.

"Same for me. Do you know how much living with your boyfriend sucks?"

I laugh as I set my things on my bed. "Yes I do."

I've finally put all my things away and have taken a shower. Reagan left a while ago to attend to "girl things". She refused to answer when I asked exactly what those things are.

Classes don't start for two weeks, so I have some time to socialize with the other hellions here.

I step out of the warm water and grab my towel. I wrap my hair in the soft material and grab a sweater and some leggings.

I towel dry my hair and apply mascara, blush, and a thin layer of eyeliner. I braid blue beads into my hair.

I step into my uggs and head out the door.

I heard murmurs in the hallway, so instead of minding my own business like a normal person- I decide I have to hear.

"Jace, calm the fuck down. No one caught us. The bitch needed to be put in her place after what she did."

"What she did was because of your stupid fucking actions! If you try to rape her on several occasions, she's going to tell someone!" This voice immediately caught my attention. Sweet like honey with just enough rasp to make it sexy.

Once the encounter was over, and I heard them walking away, I stepped out of my hiding place only to be met with a hand over my mouth and an arm around my stomach.

"Sneaky, but not sneaky enough." Were the last words I heard before I took a hit to the head and was knocked out.
